Design of belt grinder
Denk, Daniel ; Tůma, Jiří (referee) ; Pavlík, Jan (advisor)
Aim of this bachelor thesis is to produce a construction proposal of a belt grinder, which is, with respect to universality, adjustable in different axes. Grinding technology, belt grinder principle and description of the functionally important parts are presented in the first part. Second part is dedicated to the market research of existing belt grinders, evaluation of their construction design of an optimal belt grinder. Third part includes the necessary calculations, construction design analysis and economic evaluation of the optimal grinder and the project also contains its proposed 3D model created with Autodek Inventor Professional 2020 model nad drawing documentation.
Robot for Machine tool tending
Strach, Petr ; Huzlík, Rostislav (referee) ; Vetiška, Jan (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to design a robotic cell solution for machine tool operators. The introduction describes the current situation and examples of solutions directly from practice. The following are the different types of workplace layouts, where one solution was chosen, which was further analyzed in more detail. Furthermore, the work includes the selection of the robot, gripper, workplace safety. The aim of this work is also a 3D model of a cell and its simulation model in RobotStudio from ABB. The function of programming and verification of collision-free operation is verified in the simulation.
Design and implementation of a test application for measuring dimensions with an optical sensor and a robotic arm
Zagorská, Kateřina ; Vetiška, Jan (referee) ; Knoflíček, Radek (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with creation of a measuring application using optical sensor and robotic arm in the RobotStudio software. The literature review of the thesis describes the field of optical measuring and calibration. Furthermore, the thesis includes the process of creating a measuring application and outlining issue of calibration of individual parts. The work is supplemented by a demonstration of repeatability measurements and a description of possible errors that may occur if the robot is set incorrectly.
Design of robotic workstation for automatic assembly of extruders for 3D printers
Pulicar, Roman ; Szabari, Mikuláš (referee) ; Kočiš, Petr (advisor)
Thesis is dealing with the creation of robotic worplace and its periphery. The paper is discrabing the robotic function and kinematics. The practical part of the paper shows several types of suggested robotic workplaces followed by solution processing of one selected type, where technical documentation and the calculation of production is made. The end of the paper shows economical and technological evaluation of the selected type of workplace including the price returns.
Design of a robotic workplace for machining a cylindrical shaped part
Fajt, Petr ; Holub, Michal (referee) ; Knoflíček, Radek (advisor)
This diploma thesis is about the design of a robotic workplace for machining complex components. The theoretical part briefly discusses the issue of industrial robots, end effectors and CNC machines. The practical part is about design of individual devices. First is designed end effector for the robot, then manipulator, output checking station and palletizing equipment. Then the entire workplace is assembled. Next there are performed control calculations and at the end a risk analysis is done for the designed workplace.
Design of a Robotic Cell
Majer, Tomáš ; Pochylý, Aleš (referee) ; Kubela, Tomáš (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with design of a robotized workplace for welding truss structures. First, the target construction that the work focuses on is shown. Then the functions of the entire workplace are designed, including the procedures for activities and the gross displacement of the used components and their layout. The next chapter itemize specific robots and components. This, along with the solution of safety and ergonomics, makes the layout of the entire workplace more precise. Everything is completed by creating a simulation model in Siemens Tecnomatix Process Simulate, where all the welding operations are simulated.
Workplace design for rearrangement of parts from pallets to frames
Němec, David ; Tůma, Jiří (referee) ; Knoflíček, Radek (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with a workplace design for rearrangement of high-pressure pump heads from pallets to frames at Bosch Diesel s.r.o. in Jihlava. Firstly, the introduction of the company with its products is mentioned and a closer look at the handled head of the high-pressure pump is given afterwards. This is followed by a research of a current market in the field of automation, robotics and industrial safety systems. Furthermore, there is a compiled analysis of the current workplace and the description of type spectrum of individual components. The followings are designs of possible implementation solutions and their description. A multicriteria method is used to select the most suitable variant. For the winning variant, a detailed design concept of the workplace is developed, and this is finally evaluated from a technical and economic point of view.
Digital commissioning of robotized workplace for cold spraying of rotating parts
Šimůnek, Petr ; Bražina, Jakub (referee) ; Vetiška, Jan (advisor)
This work deals with the virtual and later real commissioning of the workplace for cold spraying of rotating parts, which is located in the laboratories of the Institute of Materials Science and Engineering, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Brno University of Technology. The workplace put into operation in this way serves the employees of the mentioned institute for experimental activities in the field of cold spraying. The theoretical part of the thesis describes all the essentials associated with virtual commissioning and the theory of cold spray. The practical part then deals with the creation of a robotic program, including the user interface, which is used to control the workplace. Part of this diploma thesis is also the realization of the connection between the external motor driver and the robot controller via the PROFINET communication bus.
Design of a Robotic Cell for Gluing of Magnets of DC Motors
Kűhnel, Martin ; Kubela, Tomáš (referee) ; Pochylý, Aleš (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with the design of a general concept workplace for gluing magnets to the DC stators. The thesis is focused on the selection of industrial robots and their location, the design and the construction of end effectors for manipulation with segments and stators and the proposal of solution for engineering units on a workplace. Among the construction units belong: revolving tables with gripping systems, rotary tables on pallets and construction manipulators. At the end of the thesis the concept of the solution for workplace safety is created according to current legislation and safety standards.
