Cílem této bakalářské práce je konstrukční návrh pásové brusky, která by s ohledem na univerzálnost použití měla být stavitelná v různých osách. V první části je popsána technologie broušení, princip pásové brusky a popis funkčně důležitých dílů pásové brusky. Druhá část je věnována rozboru již existujících pásových brusek, zhodnocení jejich konstrukčního řešení a návrh optimálního řešení konstrukce pásové brusky. Třetí část se zabývá potřebnými výpočty, rozborem konstrukčního řešení a ekonomickým zhodnocením. Součástí práce je 3D model vytvořený v programu Autodesk Inventor Professional 2020 a výkresová dokumentace. Aim of this bachelor thesis is to produce a construction proposal of a belt grinder, which is, with respect to universality, adjustable in different axes. Grinding technology, belt grinder principle and description of the functionally important parts are presented in the first part. Second part is dedicated to the market research of existing belt grinders, evaluation of their construction design of an optimal belt grinder. Third part includes the necessary calculations, construction design analysis and economic evaluation of the optimal grinder and the project also contains its proposed 3D model created with Autodek Inventor Professional 2020 model nad drawing documentation.
