The bachelor thesis deals with the regional authority, namely the township. This thesis will be closely focused on investment plan of the township in the years 2009 - 2013. The practical part describes the township Pecka in general terms but also the financial situation of the township is considered. The center of the bachelor thesis is the investment plan of the building observatory in Krkonošská view, financial part of the project and possible impact on the implementation of this project to management of the township.
Investment Environment in the Virtual Real Cash Economy

The subject of this thesis is to introduce the reader to the issue of possible financial investment in the virtual economy with real funds and design strategies to maximize the initial capital appreciation. The introduction describes the analysis of virtual PED currency, the economy and the system of publicly traded shares. The main part is focused on presenting the results of practical traded investment based on fundamental analysis, speculation about the intrinsic value of the shares and evaluating applied strategies, including the benefits of work.

It focuses on vehicles with a total weight of over 12 tons. The thesis and its results are beneficial for the experts and forensic engineering experts who, based on documents can more easily determine a methodology for calculating lost profits. It simplifies and accelerates the settlement of claims for loss of profits and payments.
