Desulphurization of pulverized coal bouler (dry bottom ash) in Teplarna Olomouc

This master thesis deals with the feasibility studies desulphurization of powder granulation K3 boiler at Olomouc heating station. K3 boiler burns black energetic coal and after January 1st, 2016 will not meet new more strict emission limits. The theoretical part of the thesis charts usable desulphurization methods from which the semi-dry NID appears as the most appropriate one. In the practical part there is performed a stoichiometric calculation of the flue gas and the balance of raw materials and output products. The possibility of NID method usage is confirmed here. Next the annual operating cost of the desulfurization process is calculated and some NID systems already installed references are presented.

Religion in the United Nations Security Council

This thesis deals with the occurrence of terms with religious significance in the meeting records of the United Nations Security Council. Religion manifests itself in the private and public spheres, in which it also intervenes in political and international affairs. As it is also present in various forms in the United Nations, the thesis aims to find out whether religion is also manifest in the Security Council and, if so, in what forms and contexts. It also tries to find an answer to the question if there was a temporary increase in the number of mentions of religion after 2001. In addition to the literature, the thesis is based on the analysis of Security Council meetings, that took place in the period 1996- 2006. A dataset was created consisting of ¼ of the meetings for the given period, which means 550 records out of a total of 1 998. Through the analysis of these documents, the thesis focuses not only on the number of religious expressions and their form, but also on the possible causes that may affect their presence. Primarily, it is the thematic focus of the UNSC meeting, which is treated as the main factor in the occurrence of references to religion. Internet advertising as a marketing tool

This bachelor thesis deals with online advertising as a marketing tool. The aim of this thesis is a proper understanding of the concept of internet advertising and a summary of unwritten rules and recommendations of internet advertising for firms. A theoretical part deals with the marketing mix as an important element of marketing, continued by explaining the concept of online advertising and its three integral parts. These parts consist of search marketing, text ads, billboards. Each of these parts has got a separate chapter explaining concept's essence. At the end of the theoretical part there are models of paying for advertising discussed as well as tools for a measurability of online advertising. A practical part is broken down into two parts. The first part consists of a selection of companies, which are tested by Google Analytics. Results are shown in the examples and clearly interpreted. The second part consists of an evaluation of marketing research. The results are used together with data from measurement to evaluate the hypotheses. Then there are written rules and recommendations as I have mentioned above.
