Sales Promotion and Advertising of Specific Real Estate Agent

This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of marketing communication focusing primarily on sales support and advertising of an independent real estate agent. The theoretical part deals with knowledge from the literature, especially from the field of marketing, marketing communication, sales promotion and advertising. The analytical part consists of the presentation of real estate agent, analysis of the 4P marketing mix, competition analysis, SLEPT analysis, client analysis and summary analysis. The last part deals with my own proposals to improve marketing communication in sales promotion and advertising.
Marketing Activities of a Company Operating in the Real Estate Market

Master’s thesis focuses on the marketing activities of the company operating in the real estate market. The introductory part defines terms used in real estate and marketing environment. Following part consists of present state analysis, introduction of the subject and presentation of market analysis and marketing activities of the subject. Furthermore, problems stemming from conducted analysis are described and defined milestones are dealt with. These articles are followed by operation procedures description, interpretation of results stemming from marketing research which comprised topics concentrated on knowledge of the subject’s background and preference of marketing tools. All analysis and results of marketing research form a baseline for design part of the thesis which consists of suggestions leading to improvement of marketing activities of the subject. Following part summarizes all analysis results and proposes all possible merits for the subject.
Leadership, management and the selection of employees in the real estate sphere

Diploma thesis discusses the work of management and selection of new colleagues in the real estate market. The objective of diploma thesis is to comprare if management work and selection of new colleagues is corresponding with specializaded literature. The theoretical part deals with basic concepts from the area of management, selection new employees and real estate market. Over the three different studies (questionaries, personal interwiev and work experiens) in the practical part, I made the colletion of date, analysis and evaluation. At the end of the work, I made assessment theoretical and practical part, my self recommendation and conclusions of the diploma thesis. Including diploma thesis is manual for collection of new staff in real estate market.
Real Estate and Related Judicature

The thesis maps the decision-making practice of courts in real estate cases and related areas. Judicial decisions are organized in logical parts and there was an effort to provide an overall and comprehensive overview of the opinions held by courts on the individual legal questions arising in real estate cases and thus define the most frequent causes of the disputes and their subject-matters. Explicated in the light of the decisions rendered by the Supreme Court of the Czech Republic and the Supreme Administrative Court of the Czech Republic, or even the findings of the Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic, are judiciary’s attitudes to the basic principles of real estate agency and real estate activity in general, as well as to relating legal questions, with special regard to the contracts usually entered into in real estate practice, primarily agency contracts and mediated contracts. So far, case-law of this kind has not been comprehensively studied, despite the fact that there still are uncertainties regarding both the real estate legislation and the approach to resolution of real estate cases, as well as ensuing typical contractual obligational relations between parties on the real estate market. This is also the reason why this particular topic was chosen for the thesis. Based on the coverage and a thorough analysis of the judicial decisions at issue a conclusion is made that decision-making practice has already stabilized in some real estate areas and these decisions are used as basis in future cases. Nevertheless, there still are some legal questions which have not yet been tackled by courts or conflicting judicial decisions, which may even be rendered in the most essential and fundamental issues of real estate activity. This is partly due to the fact that the real estate market is still a relatively young business field and partly due to missing or inadequate legislation which is to provide for real estate activity, including real estate agency.
Marketing Activities of a Newly Established Real Estate Agency

Presented master thesis deals with marketing activities of a new real estate office in its initial stages of establishment. First chapter defines terms used in marketing and real estate environment. Following chapter comprises analysis of current state, the subject of research and its surroundings are monitored using analysis of marketing activities. Furthermore, using results of these analysis, problems are determined along with milestones leading to their rectification. Also, an operation procedure of this thesis is described, as well as conducted marketing research which focused on gathering inputs for design part of the thesis. All analysis and marketing research yield topics that are later used in design part of this thesis, suggestions leading toward formation of marketing activity concept are presented. These suggestions are evaluated in a following part of the thesis, merits for the subject are also described.
Activities of Real Estate Agencies

The aim of this thesis is to point out the lack of legislation at the current local real estate market, analyze the issues clients may encounter and compare the advantages associated with trading in cooperation with real estate agencies. The theoretical part introduces the basic concepts of the real estate market and its activities to the reader. Its comparison with the UK real estate market is especially interesting. The second part follows a case study in the form of a questionnaire, which processes the public opinion on the activities of real estate agency. Arrangements are suggested based on the results of the questionnaire to reduce clients’ dissatisfaction. The thesis concludes with a practical example of showing the advantages gained through the cooperation with real estate agencies.

This work I apportioned into two parts. Theoretic with behind-go region, that have go in for real estate agent´s broker responsible position and about that should have survey. e.g. law delimitation immovables, problems living, market with realty, real estate agent´s activity et. In practical parts is described activity real estate agent´s ,,franchis" offices RE-/MAX and real sale immovables v Českych Budejovicich. I reviewed progress sales immovables and time and economic delimitate heftiness business.

The diploma thesis examines the level of services provided on the real estate market in the Czech Republic. Primary research using the mystery shopping method is applied to selected properties, which specifically focuses on the city of Brno. The practical part also includes a questionnaire survey among clients and personal interviews with real estate agency managers. After evaluating the research, based on the findings, tools and recommendations leading to the improvement of the current state are proposed.
