Financial analysis of Karlovarské minerální vody, a.s.

The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the financial condition of the company Karlovarské minerální vody, a.s. during the time period between 2007 and 2011. The work provides external view of the company and is based on the publicly available data. The work is divided into three parts, methodological , practical and one focused on description of the company. The first part describes selected indicators of financial analysis theoretically and also includes their justification. The second part focuses on the application of these financial indicators on the real company data. Computations of individual absolute, differential and ratio indicators are included as well. Moreover, this part includes pyramidal decomposition of ROE, Economic value added, creditworthy and bankruptcy models and intra-industry comparison. The work concludes with the most important results and findings of the practical part and overall evaluation of the financial situation of the company.

Financial analysis of the company ZNOVÍN ZNOJMO, a.s.

The aim of this thesis is to judge of financial situation of the wine-making joint-stock company ZNOVÍN ZNOJMO using absolute, differential indicator and ratios, analysis of creditworthy and bankruptcy models, pyramidal decomposition of return on equity. The financial health of the company is also compared with the sales-largest competitors in the wine-making industry. The financial analysis basis on data of annual reports issued by the company in the period of the years 2005 -- 2010 and is mainly intended for the investor.

For this analysis were used ratios, analysis of bankrupt models, pyramidal decomposition of ROE and comparison intercompany to determine firms strenghts and weaknesses and make recomendations to improve companys condition. Financial analysis is elaborated for external user from data of annual reports.

Main goals of the thesis are to prepare a complex financial analysis of UVAX, s.r.o. in period of years 2007 -- 2011. For this analysis were used ratios, analysis of bankrupt and creditworth models, pyramidal decomposition of ROE, comparison intercompany and provide recommendations for further financial management and evaluate the company from potential investor's point of view. Thesis is divided into two main parts, introduction and conclusion excluded. It is theoretical part, where the issue is compiled with scholarly literature and other sources. The second part is practical, where the know-how acquired in the first part is applied to a specific company.

The Bachelor's Thesis engages in financial analysis of company Tchibo Praha, s.r.o. The aim of this thesis is to assess the financial situation of the company in period of years 2005--2010. For this analysis are used the basic methods of the financial analysis, such as the horizontal and vertical analysis, an indicator of the net working capital, ratio analysis, pyramidal decomposition of ROE and bankruptcy and credibility models. In conclusion author summarizes results of the financial analysis, formulates the recommendation and estimates the future development.

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to evaluate the financial situation of Hanácká kyselka, Ltd. between years 2006 and 2010. The presented analysis is based on publicly available accounting reports. The thesis is separated into two parts -- a methodological one and a practical one. In the methodological section, we describe selected financial analysis indicators, and in the practical part, we apply the selected indicators on real data of the selected company. We compute specific absolute, differential and ration indicators. Further, the practical part includes a pyramid break-down of an equity rentability and an intercompany comparison. In conclusion, we summarize the findings and propose solutions for an improvement of the financial situation of the company.

The financial analysis of agricultural company AGRIMA Draženov a.s.

The aim of the bachelor thesis entitled "The financial analysis of the agricultural company AGRIMA Draženov a.s." is to assess the financial situation of the company AGRIMA Draženov based on the methods of the financial analysis. To achieve this objective, I chose the horizontal and vertical analysis, an indicator of the net working capital, ratio analysis, pyramidal decomposition of ROE and bankruptcy and credibility models. Another goal was to make comparison with other similar agricultural companies. For the comparison the information from the database FADN CZ and Institute of agricultural economics were used. In conclusion I reviewed whether or not the objectives were achieved and summarized the most important results of the performed analysis.
