(Geo)demographic factors of consumers' behaviour Abstract The master's thesis deals with issues of consumer behavior in its theoretical plane. In order to empirically analyze behavior of consumers on the demand of housing, within the limits of population development of the Slovak Republic between the years 1990 and 2060. The objective of the analysis is the construction of housing demand query functions in the Slovak Republic, which indicates the trends of housing demand. Model translates demographic changes in the population behavior in quantitative and structural changes of the housing demand. The result is that, despite the expression of uncertainty in the development of behavioral population has forecast housing demand for the high rate of inertia. The latter starting from the stability of the age structure of the population. We are assuming that the period of the next sixty years will be characterized by changes in trends in the development of the population of a continuously aging population. (Geo)demographic factors of consumers' behaviour Abstract This master's thesis deals with the issue of consumers' behaviour on theoretical level with empirical measuring of customers' satisfaction related to the selected mobile operator. The object of survey is the consumer and the subject matter comprises his behaviour in consumption, resp. his behaviour after purchase. The aim of the analysis is to conduct a test of relations between variables, to search for statistically significant differences between average values assigned to the overall satisfaction among particular groups of consumers divided using (geo) demographic and social variables, to describe segments created with reference to the level of satisfaction and to define such factors, which contribute towards the resultant value of satisfaction declared by significant means. The data analysis is based on selection survey conducted in the year 2008, using the method of individual, and standardised, assisted questioning. The processing of data is implemented, one- or multi-dimensional statistics - testing of average values, dispersion analysis, correlation, regression and factor analyses. Bachelor thesis deals with consumer protection, especially in contracting away from business premises. The theoretical part deal with consumer contracts, particularly contracts concluded by a distance and off-premises. Furthermore there is discussed consumer protection in contracting away from business premise in the European Union and also in the Czech republic and activities of the Czech trade inspection. The questioning in practical part research, if respondents are aware about the issue of consumer protection. In practical part, there is also processed interview with JUDr. Věra Knoblochová, Ph.D., who worked in Brusel in the issue of consumer protection. Last but not least is in my practical part statistics of the activities of the Czech trade inspection during roadshow and trades through internet.

The Diploma thesis ,Selected aspects of the retail supplier-purchaser relations' defines British grocery retailing. It presents government bodies which regulate retail industry and important independent not-for-profit organizations which have a strong influence on the market situation. It introduces the reader into legislation which regulates supplier-purchaser relations, particularly the Supermarket Code of Practice and its revised version the Groceries Supply Code of Practice. The analytical part examines the British market at the macroeconomical level, outlines the grocery retailing structure, describes the supply chain, customer behaviour, points out certain pricing and product policy trends and presents subjects which are bonded by the provisions set out in the Groceries Supply Code of Practice. The findings on local market competition and barriers which prevent the entry by a competitor are of a high significance as well. Despite the introduction of legal regulation the supplier-purchaser relations remain unequal and unfair. The thesis proposes a forecast of possible future grocery market development in the United Kingdom.

First part is focused on the terminology, second on the supply description, third on the demand description and finally the fourth part deals with mutual interrelationship. The goal is to show the good or bad moral behavior and to point to the right way how to reach the best possible overall business strategy.
