Design of system model of L23 Blanik sailplane
Šenkýř, Miroslav ; Mališ, Michal (referee) ; Urík, Tomáš (advisor)
The aim of this diploma thesis is to create useful reference models of the glider L-23 Super Blaník and their use for framework proposal technology of production, which will improve accuracy and reduce labor intensity of production. The introduction of the thesis describes history of glider and historical overview of geometry transmission in terms of structure. The next chapter of the thesis deals with the description of reference models and rules of their creation. Section describing coordinate systems is closely linked with the previous chapter. Another section of thesis is dedicated to the importance of reference models in the product lifecycle. The creation and tuning of reference models of glider is described in the next chapter of thesis. The penultimate chapter deals with experiment, which allowed verification of reference model and product. The conclusion of the thesis describes proposed technology of production where used verified reference models and modern tools of CAD systems refine and facilitate production. The main objective in designing of reference models was the definition of high quality and usable surfaces. Also proposal technology of production was processed in order to ensure the improvement and simplification of manufacturing process.
High-Quality Visualization of Petri Nets for Publishing Purposes
Bednář, Drahoslav ; Kočí, Radek (referee) ; Janoušek, Vladimír (advisor)
This work is trying to solve the problem of graphical visualization of Petri nets in text publications. The aim of the thesis is to create a tool that will simplify generating of Petri nets and at the same time provide a more aesthetic graphical output than existing tools do. A simplex algorithm was used for automatic network layout. The program has both graphical interface and text mode and can cooperate well with existing tools for working with Petri nets, which the text also mentions. The program is able to load a pnml file and produce a usable image in png, pdf, and svg formats.

Creation of a dataset containing publications of Charles University according to the Linked Data principles
Hladík, Tomáš ; Klímek, Jakub (advisor) ; Knap, Tomáš (referee)
The aim of this thesis was to create a dataset about publications of Charles University, that will be friendlier for computer processing and subsequent visualization. There is already existing official application, which includes every publication issued by Charles University, nevertheless the application does not work perfectly because of the large amount of data. Information has been gained through exports in XML, further the data has been processed into the desired format, over which we can query much faster than it is in the official application. The process has been made by using programming language Java. We engage Charles University into the Linked Universities project, which brings together universities providing data in a computer-friendlier format.
