Apartment building
Novotný, Patrik ; Kozubíková, Ivana (referee) ; Matějka, Libor (advisor)
This apartment house is located on a slightly steep hillside in the area brno-sadová. The building is composed of 4 above-ground floors and 1 underground floor, including total 13 apartments and 1 basement. Most of the apartments are one room + kitchen corner. The apartment house is designed as a combined wall construction system with a dominant cross walls setup, which is consisted of chalk-sand breeze blocks and the assembled-parts ceiling. The apartment house has a wall footing made of a simple concrete. Due to the the impervious soil presence on the whole land, the drainage system was built around the whole place. There is a single layer, vegetational flat roofing on the building, which among other things serves as a recreative zone for residents living in the fourth above-ground floor.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is design documentation for construction of apartment house. The main goals include designing a layout and creating structural and material solutions. Apartment house is situated on a plain terrain. It is a building with 4 above-ground floors and a basement. The building is based on foundation strips and pads made out of concrete. Vertical load-bearing structures are made of sand-lime blocks. External walls are insulated by external thermal insulating composite system. Horizontal load-bearing structures are made of reinforced concrete. The roof is designed as a warm flat roof. There are 9 dwelling units in the apartment house, together with common premises, mass garage and an utility room. The building is accessible and so is one of the flats. There is also a car park behind the building. The building has been assessed in fire safety, thermal, acoustic and insolation viewpoints and met all requirements of both the investor and given norms.
Multifunctional building in Litovel
Obrátil, Pavel ; Podsedník, Petr (referee) ; Čupr, Karel (advisor)
The diploma thesis was elaborated for as part of design documentation for new multifunctional building in Litovel. The building will be used for purposes of bus and train station, another way for administration purposes. The building contains the second and a third floor with a modern look suitably fits into the surrounding countryside. The significant emphasis was on both nice appearance of the building, so the correct process engineering and dispositional solution. The building is designed so that in terms of design and implementation easily accomplishable. Furthermore, to meet all the requirements for building physics and fire safety. During seminar work was solved problems of summer overheating of the room situated on the south side of the building. For the preparation of project documentation for construction was used CAD software and specialized software for structural calculations of statics and construction.
Apartment building

The subject of the bachelor thesis is the project documentation for the construction of the apartment building with almost zero energy consumption. The main objectives of the thesis include the design of the layout, construction and material solutions. The residential building is located on an almost flat terrain with a slight slope on the eastern edge of the village Modrá. It is a five-storey fully basemented building. None of the residential units are designed as barrier-free for people with limited mobility, but access to the building is barrier-free. If necessary, it is possible to change the layout of one of the apartments to a barrier-free apartment. The vertical load-bearing structures are made of ceramic blocks. Perimeter walls are made of thermally insulating ceramic blocks. The building is based on a foundation slab with stiffening foundation strips securing the slab for uplift due to groundwater. The foundation slab is connected to the reinforced concrete perimeter walls of the basement and both the walls and the foundation slab are made of waterproof concrete due to the presence of groundwater. The perimeter masonry is made of thermally insulating ceramic blocks with integrated mineral wool. The horizontal load-bearing structures are made of monolithic concrete. The roof is designed as a flat single-skin vegetated roof. The apartment building has 12 residential units, non-residential premises, fitness and technological facilities. Parking spaces are located in the outdoor area behind the building. The building has been assessed for fire safety, thermal engineering, acoustics, sunlight and daylighting and has met all investment and regulatory requirements.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to prepare the design documentation of a new residential building that will meet the requirements and conditions for a building with almost zero energy consumption. This apartment building has been designed in such a way that its operation does not interfere with or restrict the operation of adjacent apartment buildings on adjacent land in the vicinity. The new apartment building is situated in the town of Zlin, in the cadastral and urban part of Priluky u Zlina. Among the advantages belonging to this plot is its flatness, which will facilitate the process of construction of the apartment building or other adjacent buildings. On the land used by us, a parking lot will be designed with 24 parking spaces, one of which is intended for people with mobility disabilities and the other for families with children, these parking spaces are located closest to the entrance to the BD on the west side. The residential building is designed as a four-storey, partially basemented building. In the apartment building are sized storage spaces, technical facilities of relevant technologies, common areas serving as a place of recreation for the residents of the BD and separate residential units. The total number of residential units is 15. They are divided into 3 layout categories - 1+kk, 2+kk, 3+kk. Residential units on the 1st floor have recreational space terraces. Residential units in 2.NP and 3.NP have balconies or loggias designed for recreation. The largest apartment in the 4th floor has a spacious terrace on the vegetated roof designed for this purpose. If necessary, the layout of apartments and common areas can be changed to meet the requirements of barrier-free use of the building by people with disabilities. The bachelor thesis has been prepared in accordance with the current legislation of the Czech Republic as of the date of submission of this bachelor thesis.

The subject of this bachelor theis is design documentation for construction of apartment building. The building was designed as a nearly zero-energy consumption structure. The new residential building is designed as a freestanding mansory object with a flat roof. It consists of several interlocking cubes and is visually divided by balconies and a corolful facade. The building is intended for residential use and includes 13 units of different sizes. The building is designed with masonry technology. The basement, ceiling structure and staircase are designed from monolithic reinforced concrete. The building eas assessed in terms of fire safety and building physics (thermal technology, acoustics, insolation and daylighting).
Car service
Novotný, Patrik ; Kozubíková, Ivana (referee) ; Matějka, Libor (advisor)
The car service is in the cadastral territory of Kumburský újezd of the city Nová Paka. The building has 2 above-ground floors and one underground. On the first above-ground floor, there are spaces for commercial purposes, such as a showroom. Furthermore, here we will also find the work area of the workshop, where work on the cars will take place. On the second above-ground floor are the office spaces for the management of the company. The vertical load-bearing structures are made of sand-lime blocks, and prestressed concrete panels are used for the ceiling structures. The roof structure is made of counter-top wooden trusses. The building has designed foundation made of plain concrete.
