Předmětem bakalářské práce je projektová dokumentace pro provedení stavby objektu bytového domu. Objekt byl navržen jako stavba s téměř nulovou spotřebou energie. Novostavba bytového domu je řešena jako samostatně stojící zděný objekt zastřešený plochou střechou. Prostorově se jedná o soubor několika kvádrů, které jsou do sebe zasazeny. Společně s balkóny a barevným řešením fasády je objekt vizuálně členitý. Stavba je určena jako objekt pro bydlení. Navrženo je 13 bytových jednotek různých velikostí a dispozic. V suterénu se nachází hromadná garáž a také technické zázemí. Objekt je navržen zděnou technologií. Suterén, stropní konstrukce a schodiště jsou navrženy z monolitického železobetonu. Objekt byl posouzen z hlediska požární bezpečnosti a z hlediska stavební fyziky (tepelná technika, akustika, proslunění a denní osvětlení). The subject of this bachelor theis is design documentation for construction of apartment building. The building was designed as a nearly zero-energy consumption structure. The new residential building is designed as a freestanding mansory object with a flat roof. It consists of several interlocking cubes and is visually divided by balconies and a corolful facade. The building is intended for residential use and includes 13 units of different sizes. The building is designed with masonry technology. The basement, ceiling structure and staircase are designed from monolithic reinforced concrete. The building eas assessed in terms of fire safety and building physics (thermal technology, acoustics, insolation and daylighting).
