Object with two above-ground floor and has nothnig basement. Entrance and access road is placed from north side of the plot. Load bearing structure is designed from Velox system. Object has saddle and aisle roof. House provides ample space for a five-member family. Semi-attached house was designed in step with rule in operations and legal regulations.

Legal nature of technical regulations and technical standards

1 Legal nature of technical regulations and technical standards Abstract This thesis deals with the question of the legal nature of technical regulations and technical standards. The position of both types of documents is quite different, because unlike technical standards, technical regulations are legal regulations. In particular, the legal nature of technical standards has changed over time. The aim of this thesis is to define both types of documents with regard to their nature in relation to law and the legal system, as well as to each other. The thesis is divided, if the introduction and conclusion are not counted, into seven chapters. The first chapter deals with the question of the development of legislation of technical regulations and technical standards. In both cases, past legislation was compared with current legislation. In the case of technical regulations, the issue of non-compliance of this definition with the definition of technical regulations in EU legislation and international treaties is addressed here, which resulted in the need to create a category of technical documents. History and present of the legislative process in the Czech Republic and the Federal Republic of Germany

This bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of the legislature as an integral part of any rule of law. Specifically, the thesis focuses on the creation of primary (statutory) regulations and secondary (sub-statutory) regulations in a comparative perspective of the Czech Republic and the Federal Republic of Germany. The historical context of lawmaking during the existence of a pluralistic political system, which to some extent inspired the current legislation, is also briefly outlined. The question of the effectiveness of the lawmaking procedure in terms of public knowledge is also key, since it is the transparency of legislation that plays a significant role in the everyday life of citizens.

This work is dealt with a liabilities in real estate practice. It is focused on the real estate agencies from a legal point of view. This work is explored the relationships in real estate agencies, the corporate values and also the modern innovation. A significant part of the work are legislation related to this subject matter. To gain the data the questionnaires are used. The employees of the real estate agencies answered if there a lot of competition in the industry is or what are the personal assumptions of a manager in the real estate practice. The other questionnaires are filled by people who are either interested or have experience with collaboration with the real estate agencies.

Abstract acts of public administration in the Czech Republic

The topic of this master's thesis is the legislation of local self-governing units from the moment of its creation to its possible repeal by the constitutional Court. The thesis is divided into eight chapters which are divided into subchapters and further. The first chapter describes basic concepts which are mentioned in this thesis and are related to the topic. This is e.g. explanation of the concept of an abstract act and examples of what abstract acts exist in our country, the definition and division of public administration, explanation of what self-govern is and how it is divided, what are generally binding ordinances and regulations and what is the difference between the two. More basic concepts which are important for the comprehension of this master's thesis are explained. The following two chapters talk about the process of creation of generally binding ordinances of Municipalities and Regions and their regulations too. There are described requirements and structures generally binding ordinances and regulations of Municipalities and Regions, their receiving authority, who can the legislation suppose, its approval, force and effect. THE INFRINGEMENT OF LAW-GIVEN REGULATION HEN CREATING INNER RULES (FOR CLUB OR CAMP) in dependence on law-awarness of the autors ABSTRACT: Thesis The infringement of law-given regulations when creating inner rules (for clubs or camps) in dependence on law-awareness of the authors describes the relation between the frequency of violating legal regulations and the legal awareness of the authors of inner rules. This thesis is based on the theoretical knowledge of legal regulations obligatory for organizations dealing with free-time activities or voluntary education. The theoretical part is focused on the competence of chief operatives and the delegation of creating inner rules. The practical part consists of analysis of a questionnaire and a sample of written documents and compares the theoretical knowledge with obtained data. The thesis also offers alternatives for further improvements in the area.

In The Report of Czech School Inspection as a Source of Information about Breaking the Rules in the Examples of the Kindergartens

The bachelor's work contains the facts gained during the studium of the school management. It deals with the problems of the abuse of the legal regulations from the part of the headmasters of the kindergartens. The work is focused on the making a map and the description of the most frequent breaking the rules in the connection with the valid legal rules and the Criterions of the evaluation of the educational coditions, process and results published by the Czech School Inspection and authorized by the Ministry of Education. It offers a research of errors and sugests solution how to prevent from them. The corn of the practical part is the analysis of the inspectional reports and searching for the main fields, where the mistakes are made, then summing up and comparison. The target of the work is to sugest how to prevent from the abuse in the management of the kindergartens.

Creating of Municipality Enactments

The Bachelor thesis deals with creating of municipality enactments, it means the authority of village to create generally binding regulations and community regulations. The theoretical part introduces the reader to the area of public administration, explains the basic terms as well as the rules and mentions its structuring into the state and local government. It also defines the status of municipalities in the area of public administration and describes scopes and competences of municipal authorities in connection with creating municipality enactments. The largest part of work is delimited for municipality enactments, their structure, procedure and rules of issuance. And last but not least it deals with inspection and control of generally binding regulations and community regulations.
The practical part deals with creating municipality enactments of municipality called Slabce, it is situated in the Central Bohemian Region. The village is briefly described here at first and then the work is focused on generally binding regulations effective in the present day. The end of practical part includes results of questionnaire, which found out knowledge and awareness of inhabitants Slabce of the local generally binding regulations.
