Lifting equipment for handling the repair
Bednář, Vojtěch ; Zeizinger, Lukáš (referee) ; Škopán, Miroslav (advisor)
The bachelor's thesis is focused on lifting equipment that are used in smaller repair shops and services. In the first theoretical part, a survey of currently used and industrially produced workshop lifting equipment is carried out. In the second part, the design of the workshop gantry crane verified by functional and dimensional calculations is described, and finally the structural solution supplemented by the drawing documentation of the crane.
Gantry crane
Kriegler, Boleslav ; Škopán, Miroslav (referee) ; Pokorný, Přemysl (advisor)
The work is focusing on design and actual construction of gantry crane, which is constructed for manipulation with ships in ports. The work describes calculation of powers that are put on the crane or describes control of its parts. As an output of the work is considered drawing documentation.
Crane cat of a stoplog handling crane
Oliva, Petr ; Nezbeda, Jiří (referee) ; Škopán, Miroslav (advisor)
This master´s thesis deals with the design of a crane trolley with the main and ancillary lift according to the specified parameters. The aim of the work is the elaboration of technical calculations and drawing documentation. The technical report deals with the design of lifting mechanisms, travelling mechanism and design and strength control of the crane frame. The drawing documentation includes a stroke assembly drawing, a travel assembly drawing, a frame steel structure assembly drawing, and a general crane cat assembly drawing.
Radial gantry crane
Dias, Aleš ; Malach, František (referee) ; Malášek, Jiří (advisor)
The aim of my thesis is a conceptual design radial gantry crane including the important strength calculations according to the standards and examinations by means of ANSYS Workbench. The lifting capacity is 1500 kg, the length of the boom is 12 000 mm and the height of lifting is 3600mm. The crane is designed as fully revolving and the angle turning is 360°. The work also includes the selection of a suitable lifting gear from the manufacturer´s catalogue including the accessories casters, all important components and also FEM construction analysis.
Lifting gear of gantry crane
Švéda, Jan ; Kašpárek, Jaroslav (referee) ; Pokorný, Přemysl (advisor)
This bachelor thesis pursues construction and calculation of lifting mechanism of a mobile marine gantry crane intended for hoisting boats with maximum weight of four hundred metric tons. Also necessary solidness calculations of block and tackle are done. Three-dimensional model and design documentation are included.
Container gantry crane
Straka, Václav ; Malášek, Jiří (referee) ; Pokorný, Přemysl (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor's thesis is the design and construction solution of a rail gantry crane intended for handling and loading of containers located in the space of the container terminal. It is therefore a design of the main supporting components of the crane, including checking the strength of their parts, as well as the design of the chassis part. The output of this bachelor thesis is drawing documentation.
Modular series of workshop mobile portal cranes
Novák, Tomáš ; Nezbeda, Jiří (referee) ; Škopán, Miroslav (advisor)
The Master’s thesis deals with the proposal of a modular series of workshop mobile gantry cranes with a load capacity from 500 kg to 3.200 kg. The introduction deals with the recherche, in which the workshop mobile gantry crane is firstly categorized according to the construction. Then, its parts are described in detail and at the end of the recherche, cranes with similar utility properties are presented. The main part of the work is focused on the proposal of the modular series, the proposal of the load-bearing structure and the strength calculations of the load-bearing parts. At the end of the work, there is a check of calculations according to the FEM model, an estimate of the crane price and a proposal configurator for a quick search of a required crane by a customer. The work includes appendices in which the parameters and calculated values of all gantry cranes of the module series are given.
Mathematical modelling with differential equations
Decentralized Control of a Portal Crane by Means of PLC SIMATIC
Ribka, Jan ; Sobotka, Milan (referee) ; Pásek, Jan (advisor)
This master’s thesis deals with a total concept of decentralized control system for process control by means of PLC SIMATIC. This concept is demonstrated on a model of a portal crane in the introductory chapter. The second chapter is focused on industrial communication network PROFIBUS. Different types of this network and ways of communication are described. The third chapter is concerned with industrial communication network PROFINET (Industrial Ethernet). Different types of this network and ways of communication techniques are described. The next chapter presents components of Siemens company, which are necessary for creation of demanded control system. The following part describes the programming facilities for STEP 7 programs - Simatic Manager, Micro/WIN and WinCC flexible. It contains creation of the control system including communications on the networks.
