This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of systemic approaches of social workers in relation to victims of domestic violence. The main goal of this work was to map the approach of a social worker and his/her method of dealing with victims of domestic violence. In the theoretical part of the work, the issue of domestic violence was introduced. In my thesis I present individual areas focused on forms of violent behavior, characteristic features of domestic violence, including its causes and consequences and also the area mentioning the preconditions of a social worker for the performance of social work. Attention was also focused on the attitudes of social workers to individuals involved in domestic violence and feasible forms of assistance, including selected organizations focusing on this target group. A qualitative research strategy was used to develop the empirical part. Individual data were obtained through a semi-structured interview with five social workers from three organizations focused on helping people at risk of domestic violence. The research questions were focused on finding out the possibilities of education of social workers and their perception of the strengths and weaknesses of the organization in which they work. The questions also focused on how social workers work with people at risk of domestic violence, including perpetrators, and on the ways of help which they can provide. The aim of the research questions was also to examine the cooperation of social workers and organizations providing aftercare and work with the endangered person in the field of domestic violence. The work could be of benefit to students of social sciences, which could help them in a real and practical view of the work of social workers with this target group. The result of this work can also serve for the general public, as a summary of information about victims of domestic violence, possible forms of assistance and raising awareness of services and missions of organizations providing assistance to endangered people. Social services for families with children with ASD
NOVOTNÁ, Kristýna
The bachelor thesis aims to analyse, what social services are used by families with children suffering from autistic spectrum disorders (ASD). The study is divided into two parts - theory and research. The initial theoretical part is further separated into four chapters. The first chapter defines ASD as it is, the second one follows with focus on the issue of ASD in the context of the family. The third chapter relates to the social services offered to these families and in the last chapter a description of the social security, which is intended for these families, is outlined. According to the theoretical framework, a qualitative research strategy, a polling method, and a semi-structured interview technique were chosen to achieve the given objective of the thesis. For the research purposes, families with children aged between 6 and 18 suffering from ASD and simultaneously using the social services, were selected. The interviews were conducted with a total of eight informants, some of whom were from the author´s wider family and others were selected using the snowball method. Subsequently, the interviews were exactly rewritten and evaluated using the open coding method and the pencil - paper technique. This bachelor thesis can be used as study material or as feedback, especially for organisations in which families with children suffering from ASD use the social services. Through the research, the thesis identifies that parents of the children suffering from ASD use five specific social services that help them either to use their free time for themselves to rest or to take care for other family members. Without social services, families would hardly imagine their day-to-day life, which is very demanding because of the ASD disease.

FLESAROVÁ, Ludmila
This Bachelor's thesis focuses on providing the care for the elderly in a multigenerational cohabitation in the family. The main objective of the thesis was to determine the opinion of the middle generation on the issue of providing care for the elderly within the framework of multigenerational cohabitation in the family. Two partial objectives have been set. The first partial objective consisted in mapping the possibilities of care for the elderly used by families. Another partial objective was to determine the ideas of the families concerning the provision of further care for the elderly. With regard to the thesis objectives, the main research question reads as follows: "How does the middle generation view the provision of care for the elderly within the framework of cohabitation in one household?" The Bachelor's thesis consists of two parts. The theoretical part describes the types of care and social services offered to seniors. The practical part focuses on research. This research was conducted using the qualitative methodology, namely the interviews method. The technique of semi-structured interviews was selected. The research involved eight communication partners. The research indicates that multigenerational cohabitation in the family is more common in the countryside than in the city. It was found that cohabitation suits all the respondents. The care for the elderly is provided mainly by women, yet in some families all members of the household are involved. There are usually good relationships in families with several generations living in one household. Furthermore, the research has shown that multigenerational cohabitation has a number of advantages, yet tolerance and respect among household members is needed. This thesis may help other families in deciding whether to take care of a senior family member at home or whether to use any of the social services provided. A secondary benefit of this Bachelor's thesis consisted in promoting in the availability of information on social services for the elderly. The thesis could also be beneficial to students of social sciences.

This bachelor thesis deals with the question of sharing early care, in the context of integration, which involves the entrance of a child with a disability and/or disadvantage into kindergarten. In this thesis I deal with finding the answers to two basic research questions, ie. From the family position, what role does early care play when a child enters into kindergarten? At the time of the child's admission with a disability and/or disadvantage, what is the benefit of early care for the kindergarten? The work is divided into two parts. The theoretical part describes the concept of early care, its goals, methods and forms of work. I also address the description of a child in the period of their preschool age, as well as a description of three groups of children with disabilities and/or disadvantages. The practical part is based on qualitative research, using a semi-structured interview. Three groups of respondents took part in the research. The first group was represented by an employee who specifically works with early care. The second group of respondents consisted of three parents of children who have either disabilities and/or disadvantages. The last interviews were provided by staff of three kindergartens - headmistresses, teachers and assistants. The research revealed the importance and benefits of early care, which provides psychosocial support to the families. It helps children in their development and integration. For kindergartens, understanding the needs of the child and their methodical guidance is especially beneficial.
