The result will be the proposals for streamlining and improvement of intermediary activities in insuracance for company ABC, as and FAOL, a.s. and recommendation for itself Insurance Brokers.

Lamař, Filip. Proposal of appropriate strategy for insurance broker company FIPO-CZECH, s. r. o. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University, 2017. This bachelor thesis deals with the proposal of suitable strategies for the insurance broker company FIPO-CZECH, s. r. o. The thesis is divided into two parts (theoretical and own research). In the first part, the literature review, theoretical knowledge is interpreted as well as conclusions from studied literary sources in the field of study, which are subsequently used in the second part of the thesis. In the second part, the own research, the analysis of the external and internal environment of the discussed company are realized. The analysis identifies opportunities, threats, strengths and weaknesses of the company. The result of the thesis is the proposal of suitable strategy using the SWOT matrix, from which is one strategy selected and evaluated.

Analysis of business liability insurance on Czech insurance market

This Master's thesis deals with analysis of the Czech business liability insurance market, while using a predefined client for preparation of insurance proposals. It then performs an analysis of fulfilling the requirements through control of insurance terms and conditions. Furthermore, the thesis compares the information required by individual insurance companies for the insurance calculations and examines the factors on which the client decides among the proposed insurances. In the course of the thesis is mapped the work of insurance broker, whose activity corresponds to the individual tasks performed by the thesis.

Factors which influencing cooperation sales representatives with insurance company

This bachelor thesis analyzes the main factors which influencing motivation to work t insurance agents of the insurance company and proposes solutions for elimination problems and better fulfillment of stated aims of the company. The partial objectives are to identify the main motives for cooperation and their long-term stay in a company. To achieve this aims, I will use questionnaire surveys and personal interviews with the insurance agents. This thesis is divided into two sections, the theoretical part describes subjects on the insurance market, register of insurance agents and professional association and principles of making questionnaire survey. The practical part is based on the questionnaire survey methods. In conclusion, the results of the survey and suggestions of improvement are made.

Bachelor thesis is focused on the regulation and supervision of insurance intermediaries. It analyzes the current legislation and characterized the different types of insurance intermediaries. It contains an analysis of sanctions granted in 2012, 2013 and 2014 and the interpretation of results. There is also described the upcoming amendment to Act no. 38/2004 Coll., about insurance intermediaries and independent adjusters.

The Protection of Consumer in Travel Insurance

This Bachelor's Thesis deals deals with protection of consumer within the general protection of interested party in travel insurance, policy holders or insured person, in relation to their position in relationship with the insurance company. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part explains the legislation protecting consumer rights, basic principles of insurance and description of the travel insurance. The aim of this Bachelor'sThesis is to analyze, wheter the legal requirements on the czech insurance market are able to protect the consumer. The practical part deals with the most frequent potential risks in insurance protection when traveling abroad by identifying problem areas, particularly controling the quality of distribution, providing information on insurance broker and clarity of policy conditions and dealing with complaints.

Insurance fraud on Russian insurance market

This bachelor thesis deals with description of insurance fraud on Russian insurance market, describes the insurance industry of Russia, its regulation and trends. Theoretical part begins from general definition of insurance market, describes the situation on Russian insurance market and also defines insurance fraud. Then, there are the analysis of individual fraud in the life and non-life insurance, methods of fighting against fraud and ways of prevention. Further thesis describes fraud indicators and their economic assessment. The conclusion of this thesis is a practical part, which testing three selected companies in order to evaluate the extent of their vulnerability to the fraud.

Analysis of current situation of financial consulting in the Czech Republic

This bachelor thesis analyzes current situation of financial consulting in the Czech Republic and it is dividend into four chapters. The first one deals with insurance mediaton, different types of insurance mediators and possible changes in insurance mediation. The second part of this thesis places emphasis on independent financial consulting which is based on philosophy of multi level marketing. Last two chapters focus on work of financial consultant in practice which is divided into analytic and consulting part. The aim is to interpret problematic issues related to financial consulting such as legislative, multilevel marketing as well as work of financial consultant in practice.
