Title: Effect of a comprehensive rehabilitation program of children with asthma bronchiale Objectives: The main objective of this thesis is to show the usefulness and necessity of physical therapy in children with bronchial asthma and how does it affect them. Another objective was to summarize the possible available methods with demonstrations of examples of individual exercises that can be used for this disease. The aim was also monitoring and evaluation of the patient's subjective feelings. Methods: In the thesis we carried out a single arm experiment, where we used comprehensive kinesiology analysis of individual subjects and the methods of lung function tests. From the lung function test, we chose the spirometry test by method of curve flow / capacity and also we used the peak expiratory flow monitoring using peak-flow-meter. We compared the subjective feelings of clients at the beginning and the end of the treatment program. In the period we watched the changes of value in individual measuring techniques. Results: We found that a comprehensive treatment of children asthma has a significant impact on their posture and also on the respiratory functions and subjective perception of individual symptoms investigated clients. All clients received the same treatment and each of them occurred in...

HRADILOVÁ, Ivana
This Bachelor´s thesis is concerned with influence of physiotherapy at patients with Bechterew´s disease, out of them one group of research sample undergoes therapy in outpatient facilities and the second one undergoes all-embracing balneotherapy. In theoretical part is briefly described the stability of backbone, functional anatomy and kinezilogy of axial system. Next part is concerned to a detailed description of Bechterew´s disease, concerned with its categorization to the group of serum-negative spondylartritid, with definition and classification of the disease, its occurrence, genesis and progress, prognosis and clinical picture of the disease. The main aim of this thesis is to evaluate the effects of physiotherapy on patients with Bechterew´s disease who were treated in outpatient facilities and spa sanatorium. To achieve the goal was used the qualitative research, in which four participants took part, out of them two were treated outpatiently, namely in Rehabilitation and regenerative Borovany and in Outpatient clinic Medipont, s.r.o. Next two participants attended complex curative therapy in Berta´s spa Třeboň. The patients had different stadium of the disease in the range between II. V. stage of disability. During the introductory meeting was executed preliminary kinesiological examination, next they were asked to fill up the informed agreement and Functional index BASFI (The Bath Ankylosing Spondylitis Functional Index), which is used to considering the patient´s functional abilities to solve common daily activities and which reflects impact of the disease to the quality of patient´s life. After therapy´s ending it was executed final kinesiological analysis together with repeated filling out the Index, in order to evaluate success rate of the treatment in range of theirs functional skills. With participants were as well executed not structured interview, in which they communicate their subjective evaluation to the realized research and compared outpatient and spa therapy from their pont of view to their contribution to themselves. Effect of static and dynamic load in the treatment of osteoporosis in women in klimakterium
CHLUBNA, Ondřej
In the theoretical part I summarized theoretical knowledge related to this problematics. I described the anatomy, the function of a bone and the principals of its remodelation. I also summarized the pathogenesis od osteoporosis, its demonstrations, diagnostics possibilities and treatments focused on movement therapy. Besides this I elaborated on the possibilities of substitution therapy and tratment with osteocalcin. I also summarized the effects and possible sources of minerals and vitamin D. Since they are closely related on the metabolism and related ilnesses. At the conclusion of the theoretical part I elaborated on the investigation methods used in physiotherapy which even I was using in my research in order to assess the course of the therapy. In the practical part of the bachelor´s work I used the qualitative research method. I worked up the results thereof by the form of casusistics. I conducted the research at the outpatient rehabilitation facility at Policlinic Jih MEDIPONT s.r.o. The tested set of this research consisted of two patiens. The first one suffered from the form of osteoporosis abut on osteopeny and had no physical problems related to this ilness. In this patinent I chose a dynamic kind of physical burden. The second on had a little higher degree of osteoporosis and she came to the rehabilitation because of her backache, which was likely the consequence of this illness. This patient undergone static exercise. The aim of the work was to assess which of these attitudes is going to have a bigger influence in the progression if the ilness. However, the results of both patients show similar success of both attitudes. Therefore there is no difference in terms for which kind of physical facility we decided and according to my opininon it is even suitable to combine both.
