Klára Novotná, Ph.D. Název bakalářské: Fyzioterapie v období pandemie covid-19 u pacientů s roztroušenou sklerózou Abstrakt: Tato práce se zaměřuje na možnosti fyzioterapeutické intervence u pacientů s roztroušenou sklerózou, kteří trpí přetrvávajícími symptomy po překonání infekce covid-19. K hlavním aspektům terapeutické intervence patří pohybová léčba a respirační fyzioterapie. V teoretické části práce je představena problematika post-covid syndromu - detailněji se zabývá jeho terminologií, patogenezí, diagnostikou, klinickými symptomy a možností jejich terapie z obecného i fyzioterapeutického hlediska. Další část se věnuje samotné charakteristice roztroušené sklerózy a poskytuje podrobný popis základních charakteristik tohoto onemocnění. V závěru teoretické části jsou podrobně rozebrána témata plicní rehabilitace, respirační fyzioterapie a pohybové léčby. Hlavním cílem této práce je poskytnout přehled o přínosech respirační fyzioterapie a pohybové léčby pro pacienty s roztroušenou sklerózou, kteří trpí symptomy post-covid syndromu. Součástí tohoto cíle je také vytvoření brožury obsahující cvičení vhodná pro autoterapii, která má sloužit jako edukační materiál pro tyto pacienty. The main aspects of therapeutic intervention include physical therapy and respiratory physiotherapy. The theoretical part of the work introduces the issue of post-COVID syndrome and delves into its terminology, pathogenesis, diagnosis, prevalence of clinical symptoms, and therapeutic possibilities from both general and physiotherapeutic perspectives. Another part is dedicated to the characterization of multiple sclerosis itself, providing a detailed description of the basic characteristics of this disease. In the concluding section of the theoretical part, topics such as pulmonary rehabilitation, respiratory physiotherapy, and physical therapy are thoroughly discussed. The main objective of this work is to provide an overview of the benefits of respiratory physiotherapy and physical therapy for patients with multiple sclerosis who experience post-COVID syndrome symptoms.
