Apartment house Olympus

The aim of the bachelor’s work is composition of project documentation for construction of apartment building. Object is situated on the cadastral area of Třebíč, number of bulding plot is 1037/28. Building plot is situated in the location Na kopcích on the eastern part of city. Terain is mostly planar. In the apartment bulding there are three above-ground floor and one below-ground floor. In the below-ground floor there are situated storage spaces, bicycle storage, workshop, cleaning room, storage room and technical space. In the first above-ground floor there are situated two flats and four garages. In the other below-ground floor there are always situated two flats on the floor. Structural system of this building is wall system. External below-ground wall be composed of concrete blocks and thermal insulation. External above-ground wall and inside wall be composed of lime sand blocks. Object have an external thermal contact insulation. Floor structure is designed as a cast-in-place two reinforced slab. Staircase is designed as cast-in-place reinforced construction too. The roof of the bulding is flat. Floor construction are designed as floating floor.
Apartment house in Pacov

The aim of the bachelor´s thesis is to elaborate the documentation for the construction of the apartment house and terraced garages. The location of the designed building is in Sídliště Míru street, in the town of Pacov. The apartment house has three above-ground floors and one underground floor. Fourteen housing units are designed in the above-ground floors, while the underground floor consists of a technical background of the house and a cellar units. On the plot area, there are also designed open-air parking spaces and a children's playground. The apartment house is based on on strip foundations. The structural system of a building is designed from walls with monolithic reinforced concrete ceilings. The load-bearing walls of the above-ground floors are designed from HELUZ ceramic blocks and the load-bearing walls of the underground floor are solved by permanent formwork. The building is isolated with an external contact insulation system, internationally referred to as ETICS. The roof is designed as warm flat roof. Terraced garages are designed as two separate buildings, each with seven garage spaces. Load-bearing and partition walls will be made of HELUZ ceramic blocks. The foundation will be based on foundation strips and roofing with warm flat roof.
Multifunctional building

The aim of the diploma thesis is composition of project documentation for construction of multifunctional building. Object is situated on the cadastral area of Třebíč in the location Na kopcích on the eastern part of city. Terain is slightly sloping. In the multifunctional bulding there are four above-ground floor and one below-ground floor. In the below-ground floor there are situated technical and storage spaces. In the first below-ground floor there are two entrances, the first one for administrative part and second one for residential part. The first and second above-ground floor is used for administrative purposes. The third and fourth above-ground floor is used for living in flats. Above part of the third above-ground floor there is roof made of extensive green roof and above the fourth above-ground floor there is roof made of a flat roof with a classical order of layers with waterproofing layer made of PCV-P. There is a lift in the part of object with flats. The vertical construction system of the building is wall-mounted, supplemented with girders and columns. The ceiling structures are made of reinforced concrete monolithic slabs. The staircase is monolithic reinforced concrete.
Multifunkcional building in Frýdek-Místek

The subject of this thesis is the preparation of project documentation multifunctional building. It is a five-storey building with a basement. The roof structure is designed as a single-layer, flat roof. The building is divided into three working parts. Prví part is used for housing. It consists of 18 housing units, one of which is designed for wheelchair use. The second part of the building is intended for the public. This area retail sales. Includes store books, toys shop, newsagent and a hairdressing salon. The last part of it is public garage. It is intended for users of residential units.
Apartment house Židlochovice

The aim of the bachelor thesis is the processing of project documentation for the construction of an apartment building. Building is situated in the city of Židlochovice, street Nádražní on building plots 548/8 and 548/11. The apartment building have three above-ground floors and one basement. In the basement are situated cellars, bicycle and pram room, common room, workshop and technical room. In the ground floor is situated four dwelling units of size 1+kk. In the second floor is situated two dwelling units of size 3+kk and 4+kk. In the top floor is situated two dwelling units of size 3+kk. External walls of the basement are from permanent formwork, the rest of the external walls are made of cut brick blocks. The building is insulated with ETICS contact thermal insulation system. Ceiling of the basement is two way cast-in-place reinforced slab. The ceilings of the other floors are semi-mounted ceilings consisting of brick inserts and ceiling beams. There is a elevator in the apartment house. The roof of the building is a warm flat roof with continuous waterproofing layer of asphalt sheet. The staircase is a monolithic reinforced concrete slab. There is wall structural system.
Multifunctional building in Vsetín

The subject of this diploma thesis is design documentation of a multifunctional building. The object is located in village of Vsetín, set in flat terrain. The building is divided to 3 objects. Objects A and C are designed as a residential buildings, object B is the office building. The multifunctional building is with basement, it has four above-ground floors and its roofed with warm flat roof. The structural system of a building is made from ceramic blocks Heluz Family 30 with etics, structures and ceillings are made of cast-in-place reinforced concrete. The part of documentation is fire safety assessment, thermal assessment, acoustic assessment and the daylighting assessment.

This bachelor's work deal with study of family house which includes shop ( for business aktivity). Building is designed for parcel which is located in village Radiměř in Svitavy distrikt. Whole project and all appendixes are done in accordance with all actual regulations, public notices, laws and norms. Building is located in village Radiměř at parcel number 1548, Radiměř katastral territory. Lot is designated for family housing. In vicinity of parcel are all public outlets. In the house is located appartment which would accommodate 5-6persons easily. House is connected with shop which could be used as barber shop. Building is two story house, partially done with celler, with prevailing dimentions 22,7m x 11,7m. Building is build into slopy terrain. Building will be done with „valba“ style roof, framework is Porotherm, celler is projected from Presbeton „lost mold“. Apendix deals with issues of „ventilated facade“
Multifunctional building

The subject of the Master's thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for the construction of a multifunctional apartment building. The building is located in the cadastral area of Prosek, in Prague 9 in the north-eastern part of the city. The terrain of the land is flat. The multifunctional house has five floors and one underground floor. In the basement there is a garage, a technical area and a storage area. The first floor is redesigned to a café and office area. The floor is connected to a terrace, which is accessible from the interior and exterior. The second to fifth floors are filled with housing units. There is a walking terrace on the fifth floor. The roofing above the 4th and 5th floors consists of a flat roof. The construction system in 1st floor consists of a combination of reinforced concrete columns, girders and walls. On the 1st floor, there is a combination of a masonry and reinforced concrete transverse system with a reinforcing reinforced concrete wall. From the 2nd floor to the 5th floor is a transverse masonry system with a reinforcing reinforced concrete wall. The ceiling structures are formed by reinforced concrete monolithic slabs. The stair flights are prefabricated. The whole building is insulated with a contact thermal insulation system.
