Thesis deals with the issue of personnel management of company focusing on the motivation and concurrently stimulation of a particular branch’s employees. Includes instructions, procedures and the necessary theoretical part of the necessary information which are closely linked to the prosperity of the company in relation to employee satisfaction. The output of work is to design incentive program applicable to employees of the branch.
Analysis of shows with gastronomy content and their positions in czech television brodcast

Bachelor thesis follows expansion of gastornomy and culinary trend in modern society and its way of using by mass media. This work does not look for answers to why media use new trends in proces of creation of new media content, nevertheless this work tries to create a picture of how media use these trends and in which way. Following work focused on the presentation of gastronomy in czech media. Published research provides comparation of representation of gastronomy in several TV shows by using content analysis. This research discovers actual share of act of cooking and other examples of gastronomy. One of the goals of this work is to discover how media use gastronomy topic and also for which purpose we, as a spectators, consume their content. One of the main ideas behind this research is strong position of entertainment in media and its influence of rating numbers. TV Viewing Habits between Generations

This thesis deals with the differences of TV viewing habits between generations. The aim is to find out how different are their viewing habits. How much time each generation spend watching television, which TV channels and TV programmes are they watching. The thesis compares generations of Baby Boomers, X, Y and Z. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and analytical. The theoretical part contains a description of television as a mass media and describe its development. The theoretical part also characterizes the television market and the main TV stations in the Czech Republic. There are also explained terms as Ratings, ATS or Target Affinity Index. The thesis also contains a short description of television program schedules. At the end of the theoretical part are characterized generations and their characteristics. The analytical section tries to find answers to research questions. How does TV watch time vary between generations? The thesis shows that generation Baby Boomers is watching television the most, and has the biggest divergences in viewing during the week and during the year. Second question is about most watched channels. The most watched channel across all generations was Nova station. Third question find answers about programmes. The most watched programme in 2017 was the Christmas...
Communication in enterprise

This diploma thesis deals with intercompany communication and it is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part contains the definition of communication, model of communication process and division of communication into verbal and nonverbal. Furthermore, the thesis deals directly with internal communication in the company, a corporate culture, management, corporate communication objectives and communication flows are briefly described. Subsequently, other forms of internal communication are mentioned, written and telephonic. Communication skills, feedback, conducting meetings and communication barriers are discussed. The practical part deals with the level of internal communication in Česká podnikatelská pojišťovna, Inc., in where was carried out a survey. According to the results of the research, there were identified probelmatic areas of communication, which were subsequently discussed with the manager of the company. In conclusion, there are proposed measures to improve corporate communication in the areas of time management, information sharing, corporate meetings, remuneration system, communication with supervisors and organizing meetings.

Work environment analysis

Due to economic crisis a lot of companies are facing financial difficulties and therefore they are saving costs in almost all areas. A large number of them first reduce investments into education, corporate benefits and overall costs of human resources department. At the same time these companies do not realize that their employees represent the most valuable asset, thus they represent the possibility of finding solutions of how to get out of the crisis. With regard to recency and marginalization of that topic in my thesis I deal with work environment issues that directly affect job satisfaction and ultimately productivity and efficiency of employees. In the technical part I grapple with work environment issues, working groups, management styles, communication, motivation and stimulation. In the practical part I have analysed the work environment of the company CMC Graduate School of Business o.p.s. in which I have applied achieved knowledge based on which I have proposed such measures and improvements toward the organization that will lead to increased willingness to work and hence to reduce the staff fluctuation.
Efficient communication and employee development in selected organization

The objective of my graduation work was to do the analysis and propose measures which would contribute to the developement of both, inward and outward communication and personal development of employees in the observed allowance organization. I based my work on the study of special literature, on the evaluation of controlled interviews with employees and on my own observation. The improvement of communication will bring a higher quality of particular activities and performance, an increase in a work motivation and an employee solidarity to the company
