This bachelor thesis orients itself toward solution of double-storey detached family residence situated on plot 983/101 in Babice nad Svitavou. The plot is situated in cadastral region of Babice nad Svitavou. The design of family residence concerns about architectonical, technical and structural solution according to the request of investor. The object is designed as timberstructure from glue-laminated timber load-bearing profiles in peripheral walls insulated by mineral thermal insulation and covered by external planks from glue-laminated timber.The object is covered by pitched saddle roof. The main aim of this work is to create healthy and comfortable timberstructure with low expenses during usage.

This Bachelor’s thesis is about resolution of project documentation of residential house. The house is situated on a gentle sloping terrain. The house has a built-in garage parking for 2 cars. The main entrance to the building is designed on the northwest side, where is the road. Terraces 1.NP 2.NP located on the back of the house where is more quiet and privacy.
Low-energy detached family house

This bachelor’s thesis focuses on the development of documentation a low-energy detached family house in Račerovice. The project as well as the addenda are elaborated with regard to contemporary legislation and standards. The family house is located on plot number 786/12 in cadastre unit Račerovice. The house has two floors. Dimensions of the house are 12,40 x 9,65 m, dimensions adjacent garage are 7,30 x 4,80 m. The roof of the building is designed pitched roof, over the garage is flat roof. The house is performed from the system Porotherm. The basic construction are of plain concrete and the base concrete slab. The enclosed essay deals with floor.
Hotel Zubří

The main subject of my diploma thesis is creating a design documentation for the construction of a hotel. The hotel has its own restaurant and is situated in the northern outskirts of Žďár nad Sázavou. The building is located on a slightly sloping terrain with small green vegetation. The hotel is three-story with partial basement. It is roofed with a pitched roof. The hotel meets the requirements of comfort star (***) in hotel rating. The accommodation capacity is 58 people placed into 13 rooms. Two rooms are designed to be accessible for people with reduced mobility and orientation. The rooms are located on the first and second floor. On the ground floor, there is an entrance hall with reception and toilets for the guests from the restaurant. In the south-western part of the hotel are located staff facilities such as a kitchen facility or a place of supply. The north-western part of the building is designed for the management and support areas. The building is designed to respect local regulations and construction principles. With its architectural design, the building completely fits into the surrounding landscape and does not disturb its character in any way.
Mountain hotel

The theme of this work is the building design, brand new mountain hotel with wellness services in Spindleruv Mlyn. The plot is located in a quiet part of town, near a wooded area and form a river Labe.V designed hotel is located three floors above ground level of the building is solved attic space. Roofed by a wooden roof false hip roof. Ground unsophisticated form a geometric shape, which layout is divided into sections. On the ground floor wellness facilities, a portion of the input dopňkovými with hotel services, floor is done mainly for accommodation, as well as the attic. Hotel is equipped with a slightly sloping plot in the construction of houses and other hotels. All living spaces are naturally ventilated and illuminated. The supporting structure consists Liapor system. The appearance of the hotel is in line with the surroundings.
Recreational Mountain Guesthouse

This thesis describes a new building of recreational guest house with restaurant. Rereational guest house has three floors. The building hasn’t got a basement. The guest house has got fourteen residential units, one of which is wheelchair accessible. Recreational guesthouse is not designed in a passive standard. However, it is built with respect to the appropriate orientation to the cardinal, taking into account the orientation of the main entrance to the south. Recreational guest house, is designed to match the local architecture.
Family house with relaxation center

The Bachelor thesis topic is a project of a detached house with relax center. The house is designed as two storey basementless brick building with a pitched roof. The 4 bedrooms layout fulfills the design for 4 family members. The relax center is builded from twoo workers and fours customers. The entrance is situated in the northwest part of the house. From which we get into the hall of which is open to the kitchen and living room, staircase room, utility room and WC. On the second floor there are two children's bedrooms, bathroom, WC and livingroom. All of the bedrooms are enterable form the hall and have southern view. In the relax center are twoo masage room with shower, room from workers and the toilets. There is garage and one place under roof from parking twoo cars. It is a brick building of systém YTONG. The roof is supported by VEDAFORM.
Olomouc Central European Forum

The new building of Olomouc Central Europian Forum is concieved as an extension to the existing building of Olomouc Art Museum. It fills the space of existing vacant lot clining to the existing object from the west. The new building contains new spaces for modern art expositions and also creates enough storage capacity for the new and the existing building. The architectural solution results from the division of historic building estates and from the character of surrounging build-up area. The volume of the building rising from the site is created by five tracts oriented perpendiculary to the street boundary, that are of a simple shape of block with pitched roof. In the central part the tracts are transected by a traversing volume of a galery with glass pitched roof, that provides additional daylight for the central part and connects the new and the existing building. The facade of the new building is created as a doubled construction with the interior screen made of pure double glass and the exterion screen made of milk glass, that transmits enough difuse light into the inner spaces. There is a LED screen stretched in between these two transparent planes, thanks to which the facade glows in the dark with interesting light effects.
Mountain hotel

The aim of this master’s project is to develop project documentation of a new-built mountain hotel in Ostružná. This hotel is near the ski area Ramzová in Jeseníky. Foundation of my building is from ground reinforced concrete slab. My building is supported by clay block load-bearing walls and clay non-load bearing walls. Exterior building envelope is designed as an aluminum shingle ventilated facade. The slabs are from reinforced concrete. The roofs of this designed building are two, first is pitched roof with insulation over rafters and second is intensive green warm flat roof. This project contains HVAC concept, photovoltaic panel concept, heating concept in technical equipment of building part. The third part of my master’s project is energy assessment for the building.

This thesis includes a complete technical report, technological regulations, statements, assessment documentation, time schedule, itemized budget, assembly machinery draft, inspection and testing plan, health and safety at the building site, principles and organizational aspects of construction, details and other technical documentation for all stages.
