Diploma thesis deals with the management of human resources sales department at Paints and varnishes Teluria Ltd. and also proposes changes to the current management approach leading to financial savings by increasing the efficiency of the current set of information flows. Compares used human resources management system in the company with the latest trends and literature. In addition, monitors real way of working the sales department including the actual cost of remuneration and training of employees in the company. On the basis of implemented survey is designed to streamline the operation of the sales department.
Position and functions of personnel department in a company

This master thesis is focused on a position and functions of personnel department in the company adidas ČR s.r.o. The important part of the thesis is analysis of the employees perception of the personnel department in the company and the analysis of feedback on personnel activities. The theoretical part describes the findings about evolution of personnel work and personnel functions, it also provides the knowledge and instructions how to change the role of human resource professionals in organizations in order to meet the competitive challenges of today and tomorrow. The practical part is dealing with the topic of perception of human resources department and it works with the output from feedback on personnel activities in the company. In the thesis, there were used methods of personal interviews with the company managers and on-line questionnaire for the employees. As an output of the thesis, there were identified the opportunities for the improvement of the current perception of the human resources department and its functions together with some recommendations and guidelines for potential changes and improvements.
Personal Activities of Manager

The bachelor thesis deals with personal activities of a manager, with which is a manager encountered on daily basis. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to review the personal activities of a manager of a consumer electronics retail store, Electro World, and after review of these activities to propose improvement measures. The thesis consists of two parts, theoretical and practical part, where the theoretical part summarizes the main personal activities. In the following practical part is briefly introduced the company and subsequently analyzed individual personal activities of a manager in this company. The analysis was performed based on personal interview with the manager and questionnaire survey among employees. In the final part of the thesis are the results evaluated and an improvement measures are suggested.
Selection and adaptation of employees in the chosen organization

Bachelor thesis: Selection and adaptation of employees in an organization, analyzes methods of selection and ways of adaptation of new employees at the Czech Post, s. e. The theoretical part defines terms of human resources management, the main emphasis was placed on characteristics of personal activities that implements human resources department, particularly on the selection and adaptation of new workers. On the beginning of the practical part was presented by the selected organization to which is the thesis focused Czech Post s. e. and described the activities and services which the organization provides. The main aim of this thesis was based on an analysis of selected HR activities to propose their own recommendations for possible improvements and streamlinings electing new employees and accelerate their successful adaptation in an organization. Methods which were used to achieve this objective was an individual interview with an expert from the Department of Management human resources, as well as interviews with the new staff in the adaptation process. Based on the evaluation's interviews offered its own recommendations to improve the process of adaptation.
Personal Activities of Manager

Bachelor work deals with the individuals personal activities that perform managers in the various companies. The main goal is based on identify and evaluate the activities of the personal manager in terms of one of the several branches of the coffee chain Costa Coffee and the deficiencies found propose appropriate measures. In the first, the theoretical part, is outlined the problems by using professional literature and the characteristics of individual actions of every manager in terms of its relationship with employees. In the following, the practical part, is first characterized a society in which is the whole issue solved. By using analysis of the internal company documents, a questionnaire and by direct observation is analyzed the relationship of the manager towards its employees. In the conclusion of my work are evaluated the results of the questionnaire survey and suggested appropriate measures to improve the current situation.

Bachelor thesis deals with the processing of the topic of human resource management in the selected company. The selected company is Ricardo Prague Ltd. Human resource management gives us the opportunity to work with people in the organization - develop them. The main goal of this bachelor thesis is to describe and evaluate the human resource management of the selected company and propose appropriate measures where are deficiencies are identified. The bachelor thesis is divided into two major parts. The first, theoretical part, is focused on explanation of technical terms. Defines and analyzes in detail the terms such as human resources management, personnel strategy, personnel policy,manager. The second, practical part, use experience, obtained by own research in the selected company. The interview witch HR manager of company served as primary source of information and also for understanding of established local human resources principles. The results of the practical part were then retrospectively with pre-built theoretical knowledge from the first part. Result of that comparison helped to forms thesis conclusion and proposed improvements to further increase wuality of the human resources management in the company Ricardo Prague Ltd.

Těchto 10 personálních procesů je detailně rozebráno a jsou zde navrhnuty možnosti, jak současný stav vylepšit nebo se alespoň příbližit k optimu. Na závěr jsou fakta přehledně seřazeny do tabulky a jednotlivé personální činnosti jsou ohodnoceny na bodovací škále od 1 do 5.
