Intensive Urban Housing

The study deals with a proposal to deal with an area of 27 hectares in the city of Brno - Center. The premises of the former military warehouses on a plot between the streets of Veveří, Pekárenská, Kounicova and Sokolská. At present there are used by supermarket, other buildings deteriorate and are intended for demolition. At the southern corner of the parcel is located on the street Veveří tram stop. From here you can easily walk through the plot in Kounicova street, but the current state of the environment at the site of the area devalues the experience of being in such a space and aesthetics due to the surrounding historic buildings. The dominant element on the corner of the parcel is a protected sycamore. The proposed structure is suited to the current understanding of the world. Combines resources for intensive way of life with the necessary convalescence and his need for space with greenery, calm and light. The concept uses a nautical elements inserted into the context of the Czech Republic and simultaneously builds on Brno functionalism.
Residential Complex in Brno - Komín

Architecture, emanating from philosophy of design, shows the concept of arrangement of eight volumes with a free pattern which generates the maximum amount of open and light space. Structure of the plot is composed of seven apartment buildings and solitary villa. Design of residential complex consists of clear line of public and semi-public space, which complements urbanism of this design. Mass of objects respects the surrounding scale and thereby does not interfere with the surrounding nature and buildings. Functional filling includes a residential function with using of the surrounding area. The layout of the building is designed as a three tracts with four above-ground floors and one underground floor. In the first three above-ground floors are designed two housing units and in a fourth above-ground floor is one housing unit. Revision of Cadastre Documentation

This bachelor thesis deals with activities in the revision of real estate cadastre data from the perspective of an employee of the Cadastral Office. The first part introduces the issue and the course of the revision of the real estate cadastral data with a link to legal regulations. The second part is devoted to the description of the activities of the Cadastral Office Brno - město in the revision of data performed in the cadastral area of Brněnské Ivanovice. The obtained data were processed into clear graphs and analyzed.

The purpose of the bachelor thesis is to measure and process the geometric plan in the village Vážany. The subject of the geometric plan is a change of the building perimeter, which is the main building on the plot, change of the plot boundary and refinement of the plot boundary that owners have agreed on. The work is dedicated to the history of the cadastre, legislation and actual creation of the geometric plan, which is the result of the thesis and will be used for registration in the cadastre.
Residential building

Main objective of my bachelor’s thesis is elaborating design documentation for performs of structures for apartment building in cadastre unit town of Velká Bíteš with almost zero consumtion. Object is located on the edge of the town in built-up area designated for living in apartment houses, on quiet flat plot number 2051. Apartment house is located on the edge of the plot and no its volume does not disrupt original charakter surrounding buildings. Object is designed like apartment house with a cellar and 3 above-ground floor containing 8 apartment units. Ground floor contains 2 apartment units and the other two floor contains 3 apartment units in each floor. 7 apartment units are designated for 3 to 4 members of families, 1 apartment unit in ground floor is designated like a accessible flat. To ensure parking space for transport is necessary to built a parking place, pedestrian walkway and space for waste storage. Structural system is wall and masonry system made from clay bricks HELUZ. Ceilings solved in the same construction system like a ¨put together¨ceilings HELUZ MIAKO with addition reinfored concrete slab in area of cantilever balcony slab and area of stairs. Roof is designed like a warm flat roof.

Multifunctional House Jihlava, Handlovy Dvory

The subject of this diploma thesis is the project documentation of the new multifunctional building on the plot in Jihlava, Handlovy Dvory. The building is planted in the shape of a substantially elongated rhomboid and is staggered into almost half-symmetrical halves. The height of these two parts is mutually displaced by one half of the floor so that the object better copes with the significant slope of the plot. The building has five above-ground floors. On the first floor there is a beerhouse with its facilities. The beerhouse goes on to the terrace. On the second to fifth floors are individual flats. The flats are designed primarily as 1 + kitchen and 2 + kitchen. On the second floor there are also apartments. Parking is done by a perpendicular stall around the adjacent road and the car park next to the building. The work contains drawing documentation for construction, thermal engineering assessment, fire safety solution, acoustic assessment and lighting assessment
Analysis of the Impact of Location on the Usual Price of Houses in the District of Hodonín

Locality can affect the price of real property items. This diploma thesis focuses on pricing of family houses in cities, towns and villages and effects which have an impact on the price. Part of the paper deals with the description of the used pricing methods, their procedures, laws and the regulation, description of the real estate property market existing at the time the diploma thesis was written and the description of the priced family houses. The aim is to ascertain the price of land, family houses using the method of costs and comparison and evaluating the unit prices depending on locality.
