The bachelor thesis discusses service analyse of travel agency Cílka, s.r.o. The first part of my thesis is an explanation of concepts, problems in tourism, marketing of services and methods for competition analysis, analysis of products and services. The second part includes analyses and data evaluation procedures and innovation suggestion. The purpose of this bachelor thesis is propose the arrangement to that would lead to the customer content and sales promotion of package tour.

Package Tour (Section 2521 - 2549a of the Czech Civil Code) Abstract The diploma thesis focuses on the description of the legal regulation of the package tour contract in the Civil Code and other legal regulations related to the package tour. The aim of the thesis is to describe and to analyse the legal regulation of the package tour contract in the Civil Code and in Act No. 185/2020 Coll., regarding some of the measures to mitigate the effects of the coronavirus epidemic reffered to as SARS CoV-2 on the tourism industry, also known as the so called Lex Voucher. The package tour contract is a key institution in the tourism legislation and is largely influenced by european legislation. Therefore this thesis also describes and often refers to the legal regulation of two basic directives, on which the regulation of the package tour contract in the Civil Code is based on. The essential directives are called Council Directive No. 90/314/EEC of 13 June 1990 on package travel, package holidays and package tours, and Directive (EU) 2015/2302 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 November 2015 on package travel and linked travel arrangements, amending Regulation (EC) No 2006/2004 and Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council and repealing Council Directive 90/314/EEC. Legal regulation of package tour

The main object of this thesis is to summarize legal regulation about package tour in czech legal order, define and describe subject of this contractual relationship, define contracting parties and individual rights and duties that are being established at the beginning or during this contractual relationship. Basic concepts linked to the package tour contract as well as the role of travel agency in the whole process are being analysed in this thesis. I also focused on the most important changes connected with passing of the New Civil Code when individual provisions are examined and their significance is explained. Similarly as a legal ground of this contractual type the directive 90/314 EEC is also being examined. Finally, this thesis evaluates whether implementation of this directive to czech legal order has been done correctly and whether czech laws comply with the basic rules this directive is based on. The thesis is composed of nine chapters, each of them dedicated to individual issue. In the introduction I define basic objective of this thesis. The following chapter focuses on the basic definiton, purpose, basic concepts and character of this contractual relationship. Creating product (package tour) to chosen destination

The aim of this bachelor work is to create package tour to Pakistan with main destination Gilgit Baltistan, which is in disputed area of Kashmir. Parcial targets are to find out if the destination has the capacity in tourism in question of realization and localization factors. In first part are explained main important definitions of tourism. Second part includes introduction of the country and Gilgit Baltistan with evaluation of realization and localization factors. Third part describes reasons why to visit this destination and display creating tour package including connected characteristics. Fourth parth contains analyzis of czech travel agencies offering tours to Pakistan.

The Bachelors thesis focus on a chosen tour operator - ALEX. The central topic is an analysis of the offer by Tour Operator ALEX. The first part explains terms such as a tour operator, an offer, a participant of the tourism or marketing mix in the tourism. The practial part works at the offer of the Tour Operator ALEX, covering the marketing mix. The SWOT analysis and the comparison with competitors are disassembled in the conclusion of thesis.
Comparative Analysis of Forfait Package Tours in Czech Republic and Slovakia

This bachelor's thesis analyses two similar markets -- the Czech Republic and Slovakia, focusing on forfait package tours. The main purpose is to compare possibilities of realisation forfait package tours in both markets and to determine the differences between personal creation of the services versus the use of travel agencies. This work is composed of three chapters. The first chapter involves basic terms and their explanation. The next part includes analysis and comparison of forfait package tours offered in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. According to fictitious client demand a package tour is created in the last chapter. In addition, it is compared with the same package tours that are organised by travel agencies in both countries. The results gained through the analysis of package tours supply confirms that the Czech Republic has more sufficiently developed its travel agencies market; moreover, offers more possibilities of forfait holiday packages to its customers. Another outcome of this thesis is the evaluation of pros and cons of personal realisation of holiday packages versus the offers of a travel agency.
Creating a Tour to a Chosen Destination (Guatemala)

Nowadays tourists have the opportunity to travel beyond the traditional countries to some exotic destinations which were difficult to access in the past. Guatemala is a country in Central America that offers many tourist attractions. The aim of this thesis is to create a package tour to Guatemala which will be unique in the market of travel agencies. The tour will be scheduled in such way that the participants will visit the most beautiful places of the country such as natural beauties and historical monuments. The tour participants will visit the popular attractions of Guatemala and also those less known. In all the destinations the participants will have enough time for exploring and relaxing.
Czech tourists in France

The main objective of this thesis is to propose a products optimization for current Czech touristic clientele in France. Partial aims are to identify visitor segment of Czech clients in France and to define variants of products optimization proposals for selected Czech clients in France. The theoretical part consists of five chapters and deals with international tourism, tour operators, including their services and marketing mix, consumption behaviour of customer on international tourism market, outbound tourism of Czech republic and position of France in international tourism. The practical part covers an analysis of supply and demand and product optimizations proposals for one Czech tour operator. Czech tourists going on Five-day Coach Package tours to Paris were selected as a target segment. There were proposed three variants of product optimizations for this group, based on information gained from an analysis of competitors´offer and a profile of a visitor and his requirements. The optimizations of Paris package tour mainly concerned costs reduction of service providers, quality enhancement of an accommodation and boarding.
