Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na vybranou cestovní kancelář - ALEX. Hlavním tématem je analýza nabídky cestovní kanceláře ALEX. První část práce vysvětluje teoretické pojmy jako cestovní kancelář, nabídka cestovní kanceláře, účastní cestovního ruchu a marketingový mix v cestovním ruchu. Praktická část se zabývá nabídkou cestovní kanceláře ALEX, tedy produktu a dalším částem marketingového mixu. V závěru práce je provedena SWOT analýza a srovnání s konkurencí. The Bachelors thesis focus on a chosen tour operator - ALEX. The central topic is an analysis of the offer by Tour Operator ALEX. The first part explains terms such as a tour operator, an offer, a participant of the tourism or marketing mix in the tourism. The practial part works at the offer of the Tour Operator ALEX, covering the marketing mix. The SWOT analysis and the comparison with competitors are disassembled in the conclusion of thesis.
