In its first part, the thesis theoretically discusses the issue of planning the establishment of an organisation, by presenting the successive steps of business planning as reflected in the literature. The organisation's strategic planning process is presented first, and then the marketing, personnel, financial and legislative planning processes. The practical part of the work then practically applies these expert recommendations when planning the creation of a specific organization in the form of a strategic and business plan for the establishment of a non-profit patient organization supporting people with migraine and their loved ones bearing the name Migraine-help, z.s. Information Support for Patients with Multiple Sclerosis in the Czech Republic

This bachelor thesis discusses information support of patients with multiple sclerosis, their families and the public in the Czech Republic. The first part of the thesis describes the disease multiple sclerosis itself and depicts the development of information support in the Czech Republic in comparison with the development in the world. It also presents various Czech organizations that deal with this disease, and their activities, including evaluation of the methods and extent of information that these organizations provide. The second part of my thesis contains an analysis of the level of information support according to several factors. I solved the selected topic using text analysis. The result is a comprehensive description of Czech organizations (MS Centre, Unie Roska, etc.) and their activities, which benefits not only the patients with this disease. The Communication Strategy Proposal for the National Association of PKU and Other Inherited Disorders

The diploma thesis focuses on the National association of PKU and other inherited disorders. Within the theoretical part the non-profit sector is defined, the theoretical basis for marketing communication are determined and successful communication campaigns of non-profit organisations are introduced. The main goal of the diploma thesis is to suggest the communication strategy for the National association of PKU and other inherited disorders. The main goal of the diploma theses is supported by own research in the form of in-depth interviews and survey which were answered by PKU patients. Finally, the communication strategy proposal is created, which target is to raise awareness about PKU among the general public.
