This bachelor's thesis deals with the design of a belt conveyor for transporting brick rubble. The main objective of the thesis is to create an efficient conveyor system that meets the specific requirements of the brick industry. The work includes the classification of belt conveyors, analysis of structural elements, and selection of suitable components. Furthermore, detailed calculations are performed concerning the supporting stations, required motor power, and belt dimensions. The thesis also provides an overview of major belt conveyor manufacturers and describes various types of tensioning and cleaning devices. The result is a design of a belt conveyor that ensures reliable and efficient transportation of brick rubble.
Belt conveyor for glass shards
Vašut, Jan ; Škopán, Miroslav (referee) ; Zeizinger, Lukáš (advisor)
This work deals with an issue of a belt conveyor intended for the transport of glass shards over a short distance in a perpendicular direction. The goal of this work is to find a design solution for the belt conveyor for specific constructional parameters. In addition to the structural solution, this work also contains a research part that deals with the description of the belt conveyor, the basic structural element and their choice. In addition, this work includes the functional calculation of the belt conveyor according to the ISO ČSN 5048 regulation, the determination of basic sizes, the type of propulsion, the construction of tensioning device and the strength calculation for selected parts. Finally, the work is supplemented by drawing documentation.
Wood chip belt conveyor
Kamínek, Jan ; Pokorný, Přemysl (referee) ; Malášek, Jiří (advisor)
The bachelor's thesis in the introduction contains research on the topic of the belt conveyor and an analysis of the anchoring of the conveyor. In the following chapters there is a design and functional calculation of a belt conveyor for transporting wood chips with an assumed specific weight 650 kgm-3. The belt conveyor was designed with a transport distance of 19 m, a height difference of 3 m and a transport performance of 19,000 kg·h-1. A more detailed analysis of the properties of the transported material is also carried out. Finally, the strength of the driven and drive shaft is verified by calculation.
Belt conveyor of construction waste
Kousal, Marek ; Malášek, Jiří (referee) ; Pokorný, Přemysl (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the design of a belt conveyor for recycled construction material with a conveying capacity of 43,000 kgh, an axial distance of 29 m, and a height difference of 5.8 m. The main area of interest is the construction and functional design of belt conveyors, whose main components include the supporting structure, conveyor belt, drive drum, drive station, roller table, and tensioning device. The thesis also examines various types of recycled construction material, including brick, concrete, asphalt, and mixed material. The work includes a functional calculation of the conveyor, which was carried out according to the standard ČSN ISO 5048. The final section focuses on the design solutions of the conveyor and a survey of manufacturers of similar equipment. The proposed belt conveyor meets all specified parameters with a calculated conveying capacity of 99,720 kgh. This work provides a comprehensive overview of the construction and function of belt conveyors for recycled construction material. The thesis includes drawing documentation, which contains an assembly drawing of the belt conveyor, welding of frame parts, and chute design.
Belt conveyor of crushed stone for concrete mix
Jílek, Petr ; Pokorný, Přemysl (referee) ; Malášek, Jiří (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to design and calculate the construction of a belt conveyor for conveying crushed stone for concrete mix. The conveyor is dimensioned and designed for a conveying height of 3.2 metres, an axial distance of 24 metres and a conveying capacity of 52 000 kilograms per hour. The calculation part is carried out according to ISO 5048. Furthermore, the selection and design of the basic elements such as the tensioning device and the drive are included in the work. Various manufacturers of belt conveyors are mentioned in the research. The drawings for this thesis can be found in the appendix.
Návrh vyvážecího dopravníku pro malé díly
SWACZYNA, Jakub
The thesis deals with the design update or creation of a new transportation device suitable for handling small pellets ranging from 3 to 6 mm in size from the subfloor of an injection molding press for further processing. Within the assignment, it was ne-cessary to consider a series of criteria based on the nature of the transported compo-nents, cleanliness requirements for application in pharmaceutical manufacturing, and the capabilities of the manufacturing company ENGEL Strojírenská s.r.o., which initi-ated the request for this work. Several variants of belt conveyors were created, followed by an analysis and comparison of their technical properties in terms of the importance of each functional criterion. The analysis then led to the selection of the most suitable option.
Long-distance belt transport
Řepa, Vojtěch ; Pokorný, Přemysl (referee) ; Zeizinger, Lukáš (advisor)
The bachelor's thesis deals with long-distance belt transport, the principles of which are explained in the first chapter of the thesis. In the following chapter, the individual components of the belt conveyor are described in detail. The practical part of the bachelor thesis deals with the conceptual design according to the specified parameters in accordance with ČSN ISO 5048 and the professional literature on the construction of belt conveyors. To verify the correctness of the concept, the strength of the selected conveyor belt is checked. A 3D visualization and drawing documentation of the conceptual design is created for the proposed concept.
Long-distance belt transport
Baričiak, Petr ; Kašpárek, Jaroslav (referee) ; Zeizinger, Lukáš (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with the calculation and design of a conveyor belt with a transported quantity of 3 500 t/h with a length of 300 m and an elevation of 22 m. The introductory part is devoted to detailed research of individual components of belt conveyor. In the following chapters, a functional calculation according to ISO 5048, strength check of the shaft, bearings of the driving pulley and conveyor belt is performed. The last part of the thesis describes the choice of parts, which was based on strength and calculation chapters. The result of the entire thesis is the drawing documentation containing the drawing of the assembly.
