Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou pásového dopravníku určeného pro dopravu skleněných střepů na krátkou vzdálenost do kolmého směru. Cílem této práce je nalézt konstrukční řešení pásového dopravníku pro zadané konstrukční parametry. Kromě konstrukčního řešení tato práce obsahuje také rešeršní část, která se zabývá popisem pásového dopravníku, jeho základních konstrukčních prvků a jejich volbou. Dále se v této práci nalezne funkční výpočet dle normy ISO ČSN 5048 pásového dopravníku, stanovení základních rozměrů, návrh pohonu, návrh napínacího zařízení a pevnostní výpočet vybraných částí pásového dopravníku. Práce je doplněna o výkresovou dokumentaci. This work deals with an issue of a belt conveyor intended for the transport of glass shards over a short distance in a perpendicular direction. The goal of this work is to find a design solution for the belt conveyor for specific constructional parameters. In addition to the structural solution, this work also contains a research part that deals with the description of the belt conveyor, the basic structural element and their choice. In addition, this work includes the functional calculation of the belt conveyor according to the ISO ČSN 5048 regulation, the determination of basic sizes, the type of propulsion, the construction of tensioning device and the strength calculation for selected parts. Finally, the work is supplemented by drawing documentation.
