Steel Production Hall
Svoboda, Petr ; Pilgr, Milan (referee) ; Karmazínová, Marcela (advisor)
The aim of the bachelor thesis is the design and assessment of a steel two-bay hall for industrial production in Znojmo. The hall has a rectangular plan with a width of 36 m (18 m and 18 m) and a length of 75 m. The total height of the supporting structure is 10.6 m. The hall houses a bridge crane with a capacity of 5 t. The supporting structure consists of trusses, full-wall columns, stiffeners and full-wall trusses.
Steel structure of industrial hall
Pavlas-Jirásek, Václav ; Horáček, Martin (referee) ; Balázs, Ivan (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with the design of a main load-bearing steel structure of industrial hall with two overhead cranes. The floor plan dimensions are 24 × 60 m, height of building is 16 m. The main structure consists of pin-supported symetrical truss girders on columns with centre to centre spacing 12 m. The truss purlins are pin-supported on the girders. The columns are fixed in the lateral direction. Spatial rigidity of the structure is secured by system of bracing. The base material is steel of class S355.
Crane Stroke Mechanism 8 t
Marek, Vlastimil ; Hloska, Jiří (referee) ; Škopán, Miroslav (advisor)
This bachelor thesis contents design of overhead crane stroke mechanism with working load 8 000 kg. Thesis contains research of currently produced crane trolleys, detailed calculation of stroke mechanism and proposal for purchased parts such as electromotor, brake and gearbox. Thesis is also supplemented by assembly drawing of stroke mechanism and welded assembly drawing of rope drum.
Over head travelling double beam crane
Jašíček, Petr ; Jírů, Miroslav (referee) ; Špička, Jiří (advisor)
In the thesis according to the award (the design and assessment of the basic elements of container crane, design and calculation drives of bridge and cats, including relevant drawings) developed completely. Assessment of the basic elements of container crane is carried out according to CSN 27 0103 Design of steel structures and cranes CSN 73 1401 Design of steel structures. It is designed and calculated drives as a bridge crane and drive cats. The thesis is processed into different units according to the award.
Bridge crane two-girder
Vajmar, Jan ; Malach, František (referee) ; Malášek, Jiří (advisor)
This master’s thesis describes the design of two-girder overhead crane. At the beginning of the work are designed sectional characteristics of the girder and the crossbeam. Furthermore, they are calculated loads applied during crane operation. Following the determination of the static load and fatigue strength. All calculations are solved with respect to relevant standards relating to overhead cranes. The work also includes analysis of purchased components, which are geared motors, bumpers and drive (no drive) wheels.
The bridge crane's travel mechanism
Žid, Miroslav ; Nezbeda, Jiří (referee) ; Škopán, Miroslav (advisor)
The aim of this master thesis is to design replacing the central drive of the overhead crane with dislocated drives. It´s a tong crane with the lifting capacity of 63 tons, located inside the hall. In the thesis is processed functional calculation of two types of drives, the associated types of brakes and the coupling element. Next there is a strength control of a new mechanism seat and a selected components. This whole leads to the output, which is the drawing documentation.
The assessment of existing structure
Pospíšilová, Lenka ; Pinkas, Karel (referee) ; Klusáček, Ladislav (advisor)
This document aims to assess existing reinforced concrete construction od single-storey hall. There is gradually made static calculation and made judgment on individual supporting elements of reinforced concrete construction. There was very important aspect of assesment load. That aspect was to calculate with planned instalation of a new overhead crane with greater capacity. The main basis for the assessment of existing construction was building-technical survey, the results of which were determined input parameters calculation. The aim of the study was to assess whether it is possible at the current technical state of the construction fitted in the future of higher overhead crane capacity required, or propose such technical measures that would allow this.
Bridge crane one-girder
Chroust, Martin ; Malach, František (referee) ; Malášek, Jiří (advisor)
The focus of this thesis is the construction of a single girder overhead crane. The goal is to render a crane construction according to preset parameters. The parameters include a lifting power of 8,000 kg, a 10,000 mm reach, a 2,400 mm wheelbase and a stroke of 8,000 mm. The thesis includes brief theoretical research focused on overhead cranes, their various types and description of their main components. Brief description of chosen parameters for the construction itself follows. The description of chosen parameters includes calculations of strain acting during operation, technical and stability parameters, essential for the construction. All calculations were made with regard to valid Czech technical standards and specialized literature which focuses on the construction of cranes and their parts. Finally, the thesis is extended by the required technical drawings.
Overhead crane - design of crane trolley
Brzobohatý, Petr ; Čížek, Karel (referee) ; Škopán, Miroslav (advisor)
The diploma work deals with design of lifting mechanism of overhead crane trolley with a load capacity 200 t. The main objective is design and analysis of selected components of lifting mechanism and components which are directly associated with lifting mechanism. Work includes design elements of a rope system, such as rope, rope drum, sheaves, sheave block, elements of the proposals of propulsion, such as engine, transmission, brake, coupling. The work contains also strength calculations of some components and drawing documentation.
Bridge crane
Plášil, František ; Malach, František (referee) ; Malášek, Jiří (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with the design of an overhead crane. In the first part, the research of the current situation and description of individual parts has been made. It is followed by the choice of a suitable concept design with respect to the specified parameters. The following part describes important technical calculations for the structure of the crane. Calculations are made according to valid Czech state standards. In the final part, the calculation of the structure using the finite element method analysis is performed and the financial balance of the project is proposed. Last but not least, an assembly drawing of the crane and selected detailed drawings are attached.
