The master´s thesis deals with organizational culture and its effect on efficiency of VeSt servis, s.r.o. The aim of this paper was to analyse the content of organizational culture of the chosen company, to assess its content in relation to efficiency of the organization and based on the results of the completed survey the possibility of changing the real content of organizational culture to better comply with the desired content was suggested.

The objective of this Master´s thesis was analysis of Organizational Culture in manufacturing company, detrmination of recent state and suggestion of arrangement which leads to improvement of deficiencies within company strategy and productivity. Survey about recent state of organizational culture in this company was based on written inquiry and interviews.

The bachelor thesis deals with organizational culture and its effect on efficiency of the Retirement Home in Břeclav. The objective of this work was to analyse the content of organizational culture of the chosen organization and assess its content in relation to efficiency of the organization. Based on the results of the completed survey the possibility of changing the real content of organizational culture to better comply with the desired content was suggested.

This master’s thesis treats about organizational culture in the firm SOFIZO, Ltd. The main emphasis of this work is to judge on examination current situation of organizational culture. The work is divided into two parts. In the theoretical part defines terms related to organizational culture. In the practical part of this thesis you can find analysis organization culture of company trought the questionnaire surfy. On the basis of questionary is designated structure, elements and orientation of organizational culture of the firm. Results from the questionnaires were used to develop a proposal for improvement of organizational culture.
