Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem organizační kultury a jejím vlivem na efektivnost Domova seniorů Břeclav. Cílem bakalářské práce bylo analyzovat obsah organizační kultury vybrané organizace a posoudit její obsah ve vztahu k efektivnosti organizace. Na základě výsledků provedeného výzkumu byly pak navrženy takové změny obsahu organizační kultury, které by ji přiblížily směrem ke kultuře žádoucí. The bachelor thesis deals with organizational culture and its effect on efficiency of the Retirement Home in Břeclav. The objective of this work was to analyse the content of organizational culture of the chosen organization and assess its content in relation to efficiency of the organization. Based on the results of the completed survey the possibility of changing the real content of organizational culture to better comply with the desired content was suggested.
