Use of Work of Art in the Internet Environment and Liability Relationships Abstract This thesis deals with the use of work of art in the Internet Environment and liability relationships arising on the Internet. The thesis examines the essential concepts that accompany the use of works on the Internet, their historical development and context. In particular, the author's exclusive right of communication to the public, the violation of which gives rise to a copyright tort, or the definition of an Internet service provider (ISP) under various EU legal regimes. The thesis also offers a summary of the most important aspects of the most recent applicable EU digital legislation (DSM and DSA), as well as a reflection on lessons learned from the enforcement of previous digital legislation. The thesis defines the conditions for limiting the liability of ISPs, the so-called safe harbor, and the consequences of leaving the safe harbor. This thesis offers a comparison between the American and European concepts of safe harbor. The thesis describes the construction of the copyright tort that may arise after the loss of safe harbor protection, assuming that the ISP is directly or secondarily liable. Education as a problem in Radim Palouš

The main theme of the thesis is the reflection on the specific meaning of education in the philosophy of Radim Palouš. From this basic issue of the specificity of education as bringing to the understanding of the whole (order) world in Palouš we will further explicate the key motives. These motives include, first of all, the existence of man as a being de- responsible for the totality of the world and other people. Furthermore, the problem of the school as a specific temporal situation that transcends the everyday hustle and bustle (ascholia) and traffic, in short, qualia, and the schola as a freedom to oneself that develops in the capacity for dialogical encounter with oneself and with others. This basic ground will also be concretized in the historical dimension by connecting important thinkers for Palouš (especially Socrates, Comenius, Patočka).

Main Legal Issues in the Real Estate Practice

When after 1989 in our country have discovered the first real estate brokers and agents, were more or less a new professions, at times of socialism not existing. Since then have more than 2 decades passed, it will be interesting to compare the current state of the neighboring countries. First I will focus on the close one, Slovakia and then Austria, which belongs to the developed property market. I will look at various options of real estate agents and their functioning in all 3 states. The issue of legal liability of real estate activities will be submitted to the critical analysis and all the lessons learned will bring into mutual comparisons. I will also address the association of Realtors and appraise their position and function in different countries. An interesting part of this work will be determination of public opinion on public awareness of the importance of real estate services, I have made this research through polls.

The thesis focuses to define the concept of selected activities in construction and further entities which are allowed to conduct the activities in construction and what qualification is needed for them and what is their range of responsibility. The thesis is divided on two parts. The theoretical part deals to define the basic concepts, which origins in law. The practical part contains exact example on which are, used activities of authorized persons, their duties during the activities in construction and their responsibility. The essential part of the thesis are the proposals and recommendations, which could open the discussion for some future changes leading to more effective achievement in selected activities in construction.

Security GAP analasys in enterprise environment

The diploma thesis deals with level of information security in selected company environment. For this purpose, a security GAP analysis will be performed based on the recommended standard ISO/IEC 27002. Based on the performed analysis a proposal of security precautions is suggested, which should reduce risk of threats under the acceptable level and also should no longer be in conflict with mentioned standard.

The aim of this diploma thesis is to suggest new organization structure in the industry company, the main is to focus on individual organization components and to specify goals, which would be achieved by this restructure. The proposal of new enterprise organization structure is made on basics of analysis of present situation in company, provided information and internal sources from employees and Management Company. In scope of this diploma thesis I suggested new organization structure, which faces to improve of its efficiency – decreasing of costs and increasing of productivity.

Thesis aims to propose increasing the competitiveness of consulting firm that offers accounting, tax and management consulting through extending the range of products offered by the administration of incoming invoices of their clients. The aim of this study also suggest a system of administration of invoices received consultancy clients in order to minimize strain on the client's employees and authorized persons while enabling continuous work with these documents. The proposed solution can be applied for all types of organizations and structures.
