This bachelor's thesis is devoted to the topic of material didactic tools in the teaching of vocational training at the Polytechnic Secondary School in the field of carpentry. The theoretical part focuses on the essence, description and distribution of teaching aids in the implementation of teaching. It presents the didactic technique that the OV teacher has at his disposal and how the choice of an appropriate means will make the transmission of didactic information more effective. It secondarily helps create a positive relationship with the field of education, moves into the realm of intellectual and material heritage, and thus contributes to the development of humanity and future generations. The empirical part of the bachelor thesis contains research to determine the use of material teaching aids by pedagogues and their satisfaction with the current level of these aids. The second part of the research aims to compare the level of material teaching aids in education from the point of view of vocational training teachers compared to companies in the private sector. How familiar the students of this field are with the use and with which resources they can work according to the profile of the graduate.

Impacts of distance learning on education in the field of chef-waiter

TITLE: Impacts of distance learning on education in the field of chef- waiter ABSTRACT Diplom thesis deals with the distance learning of the practical training on the secondary vocational schools in the extraordinary epidemiological time between year 2020 - 2021. Thesis responds to the situation in the Czech schools during the Covid 19 pandemic, when it was introduced the online learning not only in the Elementary and High Schools but also at the Universities. The reason for that was the limitation of spreading the disease. Thesis has two parts, the theoretical part and the practical part. In the theoretical part are described the anti - epidemic measures, which have been put into praxis on the basis of government regulations. Furthermore, the teoretical part sumarizes the results of available research dealing with distance learning. One of the main topics will be focused on the course of the final examinations in the branch chef - waiter, this topic was much discussed because of the absence the educational practice. In the theoretical part, therefore, I also focus on practical training and final exams. Analysis of the state of vocational training of employees in a selected non-state non-profit organization focused on the field of charity

The aim of the bachelor thesis is an analysis and investigation of current staff training in a non-profit non-governmental organization focused on charity. For this purpose was selected the non-profit organization Regional Charity Pelhřimov. This organization provides services for people in distress and in social need. The theoretical part explains the concepts and methods of professional education of employees. In the practical part a research was conducted using a questionnaire survey. This questionnaire was submitted to employees and the manager in order to determine the state of the vocational training of employees with the regard to institutional requirements. The results of the research were compared and in the conclusion there were suggested possibilities how to make the education more effective in the future.
