Population perspects of Kazakhstan till 2030

Population prospects of Kazakhstan till 2030 Abstract Population change affects national income, national expenditure, and the demand for services such as education, health and transport. Therefore, information about future population size and structure obtained with the help of population forecasts, which can be used for a wide range of decision-making purposes, is of paramount importance. The primary aim of this dissertation is to produce three different types of population forecasts for Kazakhstan till 2030 and by comparing and analysing the differences to find out the most important factors determining the population development process in the country. Kazakhstan is a country with significant size and regional diversity which makes it relevant to consider those dimensions in population forecasting. Most southern oblasts of the country have a young population structure meaning that much of future population growth, particularly of working age, will come from these regions. Also, native population tends to concentrate in rural areas, while industrialized cities are mostly populated by non-natives with considerably different nuptiality and fertility behaviour. The work follows the establishment, the history and the present of the mountain rescue service in the territory of the Czech Republic and Czechoslovakia in the particular historical periods. It focuses on the conditions under which the mountain rescue service was established. It compares particular regions regarding selected indicators (e.g., the number and structure of its members, the membership conditions, the type of interventions, the intervention intensity, the size of the territory, the number of rescue stations, etc.). The work also deals with the functioning and the quality of the cross-border cooperation in various areas. Issue of rating headmasters

Final thesis deals with the evaluation of headmasters established by municipalities in the Ústí nad Labem region and Zlín region. The aim of this work is to determine whether school authorities use their legal possibility to carry out regular reviews of headmasters based on existing criteria, and if the ratings do not differ significantly. Selection criteria for the evaluation is subjective founders, but if an assessment is carried out for the benefit of both parties, founders should have the appropriate skills to monitor quality. Another objective of the final thesis is an analysis of education evaluators. The secondary objective is to verify the existence criteria, which the founders used in the bankruptcy proceedings to select a suitable candidate for a senior executive in education. These are the criteria beyond the legal requirements. Introductory chapters in the theoretical part of the thesis focuses on the general rules that apply to the appointment and evaluation of headmasters. The work also defines two types of evaluation in education, stating who the evaluator or evaluation authority. System development and training of employees in the selected organization

The aim of this thesis entitled "System of development and training of employees in the selected company" is an analysis of education and development of employees in the company XY. In the work is used fictive company name XY to preserve the anonymity of the organization. The work is divided into two parts. The first part ( one third of total volume ) is focused on theory. The remaining part is practical work, which is targeted on the specific analysis of the company XY. The theoretical part aims at clarifying the possible approaches to company training and development of its employees, further at objectives and functions of education, region and method development and education, and finally at systematic training cycle. The practical part is focused not only on an analysis of the process of education and development of employees in the company XY, but also to get feedback from the employees themselves. To obtain the necessary information were used in addition to internal company documents also two surveys: Quantitative research (survey) and qualitative research (expert interviews). It can be said that based on the results of both studies there was a consensus of obtained information (results). Based on this information and findings were made proposals to improve the education and development of the analyzed company.

The aim of this bachelor thesis was to summarize available literature related to world sparkling wines. There is always some attention dedicated to the technology of sparkling wines in areas where the grapevine is grown and wines are produced. This thesis describes the most important countries such as France, Spain, Italy, Germany, Australia, California and South Africa where sparkling wines are produced. The chapter "Other countries" is dedicated to Great Britain, Russia, New Zealand and Chile. The differences in individual regions are mostly in used technology, varieties and legislation. In some cases the legislation does not affect winemaking at all. In countries mentioned above, the soil and climatic conditions are similar to Champagne region where the finest grapes are grown.

Accounting as a fundamental basis for reporting the property, resources, results of economic performance, as well as an indirect background material for monitoring parameters of the environment, evaluation of legislation changes and also political ambitions, represents an irreplaceable and, at the same time, complex activity. Accounting is based upon the basic standards and legislation, but it cannot grasp all. What is more, this industry is very specific and locally dependent.
