Use of Newsletter in E-business

The dissertation thesis is concentrated on newsletter creation and its productivity evaluation. According to the information analysis from the field of email marketing, advertisement psychology and other knowledge, new proposals of new newsletter have been developed. These proposals went through testing using eye cameras - the eye tracking. Out of the partial proposals has been made a final newsletter which was sent out to customers by the company and the results have been evaluated in comparison with the previous one. The thesis also serves as a guideline for companies working on newsletter creation and its use.
Increasing Business Performance of Online Store

The bachelor thesis describes increasing business performance of online store on URL www.vytvarny-shop.cz. Increasing business performance of online store is achieved by SEO and by implementation of additional modules for online store. The starting point for this thesis is theoretical background which describes the issue. The analytical part of the thesis draws on the theoretical part and verifies whether the online store is in conditions which are consistent with standards and methodologies listed. The practical part of the work proposes and implements changes, which have been based on the analytical part and evaluated as desired within a stated budget. Bachelor thesis results in the economic evaluation of the conducted changes and provides a comprehensive view of the success of work and the modifications in financial sense.
The Effect of the Advertising in an Auction Company

In the framework of public auctions the auction-companies work, which on the one hand face the problem of realizing the public auction from the point of view of marketing, on the other hand, at the same time, they try to be visible in the relationship the auctioneer and the auction proposer. It is a closed cycle whose task is to strengthen the marketing potential and, at the same time to increase the financial profit of the firm. The aim of this diplom thesis is focused on the advertising acivities of a smalll auction company, which at present is not very effective. This auction company has been lately rather successful and has proved its vitality, on the contrary, its profits in the form af the auctioneer´s rewards have started to stagnate. One of the reasons may be its lack of financial means which might have been released for the purpose of advertising. That is why, the aim of this diploma thesis is to avaluate the present advertising activities of an auction company. The positive and negative working of a concrete auctioneer in the public auctions market is going to be specified by help of single cases. The aim is also the identifying of the elementary mistakes giving evidences of bad advertising activities of the company. In the conclusion some recommendations concerning advertising activities are defined; their task is to enable small auction companies to make themselves more visible in the public auctions market.

The bachelor thesis focuses on enhancing the perception of food, individual ingredients and time spent eating. Along with this, it addresses the question of how our minds' reactions to tastes, their combinations and the time in which we perceive them change. Through a theoretical reflection on cooking and eating culture, the author explores the factors that can influence attitudes towards cooking and thus enhance its sustainability. The author's ambition is to address the culinary imagination, that is, mastering the art of pairing flavours without the need for recipes. She sees this practice as more sustainable. The author herself has worked as a chef. The bachelor's thesis is therefore also based on practical experience. The topic of cooking and sharing meals is also addressed in the author's studio, which is one of the main motivations for her work on this topic.
E-mail marketing

The thesis deals with e-mail marketing. It focuses on identifying factors that affect the behavior of users of e-mail and newsletter subscribers. It evaluates the role of e-mail marketing as a part of communication mix of companies and e-shops, current trends, e-mail campaigns, e-mail marketing software provider. To study the behavior of users of e-mail and newsletter subscribers a questionnaire survey was conducted on a sample of 610 respondents and in-depth interviews (n = 30). Content analysis was used to analyze electronic commercial communication. The results allowed to formulate recommendations for creation of e-mail campaigns of e-shops, Internet shops and other companies.
Effects of message design and content on the performance of email marketing campaigns

Diploma thesis deals with the influence of the selected attributes of e-mails. Based on the previous research and results they should change the behaviour of the recipients. In the theoretical part author will explain the e-mail and its issues as one of the tools used in new media. The closer focus will be given to the optimalization of e-mails as it will be used for the basis of research. The practical part identifies what features of content and design of email marketing significantly influence the level of public engagement. The methodological basis of research is quantitative method. To test the results of hypotheses a technique of A/B testing will be used. The test focused on selected features will be sent and monitored on the sample of Czech subscribers of the cosmetic company. The results will be measured using the click through rate and the value of the purchases made.
Analysing the success rate of newsletter campaigns

The objective of the study was to analyse selected e-mail (newsletter) campaigns to show what kind of information companies share in their campaigns, what is the optimal frequency of mailings and how is this form of marketing communication perceived by the recipients. This objective was achieved using two methods: Firstly, newsletters from selected companies were collected and analysed as to their content, frequency and other specific features. Secondly, a questionnaire was administered to mailing recipients. The results obtained using the above methodology show that campaign recipients currently tend to perceive newsletters negatively and there are specific negative elements that deter recipients.
