The subject of this thesis is two-storey wooden basement house. The building plot is located in Brno. The House is designed with the view of surrounding buildings and the location. The House will be used for living of a family of five members. The plan view of the House is almost rectangular. The main entrance and the driveway to the House is at 1st floor level. The vertical walls are formed by a wooden frame with thermal insulation sheathed on both sides of wood chip boards and plasterboards. The ceiling structure is made of wooden beams with embedded insulation. The detached house is covered with two sloping shed roofs. Conversion of nursery school

The diploma thesis deals with project documentation of new kindergartens in the cadastral area Rohatec. The building is self-standing, two-storey with a partial basement. It is a building designed for the upbringing and education of pre-school children. The capacity of kindergarten is 48 children divided into two classes. Part of the operation is a food preparation zone. The building is designed as a brick made of porous concrete blocks with mineral insulation, based on basic concrete passages. The roofing of the kindergarten is using warm flat roofs.

Apartment building

The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the elaboration of the project documentation of an apartment building in Vyškov. The building has four floors above and one underground floor. The building has thirteen housing units. Each of the apartments on the fourth floor has its own terrace. The floors from the basement to the fourth floor are connected by a staircase and an elevator shaft. In the basement there is a cellar, bicycle shed and warehouse. There are twenty-one parking spaces on the plot, twenty of which are common and one for people with reduced mobility and orientation. The vertical load-bearing walls of the above-ground part are made of aerated concrete fittings. The underground part of the building is solved by lost formwork. Horizontal load-bearing structures are prefamonolithic. The roof is flat single skin.

New apartment building

The subject of the bachelor’s thesis is the processing of the design documentation for execution of an apartment building. Designed building is located in Hrochův Týnec. The access to the building is from the south. The plot is flat and it disposes with parking places for nineteen cars. It is a building with three above-ground floors and partial basement that is designed with a total 8 dwelling units. The structural system of the designed building is wall system. All vertical structures are made of clay brick. The exception are external walls in the basement, that is designed of concrete blocks (permanent formwork). The horizontal structures are designed of prefabricated rib-and-filler floor that is made of ceramic concrete ceiling beams, ceramic inserts and overconcrete. The conection structure of the building is the cast-in-place reinforced concrete staircase. The roof is designed as a green flat roof in combination with the walkeble flat roof. The roof above the stairwell is designed as a non-walkeble flat roof. The thermal insulation of the whole object is made of the ETICS certified contact thermal insulation system. The apperance of the building is completed by facade colours that are selected in shades of white, light gray and dark gray.

Apartment building in Znojmo

The aim of this bachelor thesis is a project documentation of the construction of an apartment building in Znojmo. The designed building is three-storey with partial basement. It has approximately rectangular floor plan of 40 x 12.5 m. The structural system of the building is designed from monolithic reinforced concrete in the permanent thermal insulation formwork Velox. The last floor is covered with a flat roof. The structure offers 12 dwellings. There is also a parking lot and large garden that belong to the flat owners.

Master’s thesis „Nursery School" is proceed in form of project document, including all requirement according to standards and regulations. New building is located on parcel number 439/50 in city Přerov. Detached building has three floors and is partly cellarage. It is brick construction system based on packs. The roofs are flat, and constructed as single shell. Te floors are connected by prefabricated concrete staircase and by elevator. The nursery school is designed as a four departments building, with capacity of 96 children.

Tourist chalet under Kozlena

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to design a chalet Horská chata pod Kozlenou in the village of Staré Hamry. The object is placed on a sloping plot located in an attractive tourist area of the Beskydy mountains. The building has two floors and is partially furnished with a basement. On the first overground floor there is a restaurant with a terrace and staff facilities. On the second overground floor we can find the guest rooms. The structural system is made of hollow concrete blocks. The chalet has a shed roof.

The subject of the bachelor’s thesis is an apartment building in Uherské Hradiště in Zahrádky street. This building is partial basement with four above-ground floors. There are 11 residential units, in the basement there are cellars for individual flats. The load-bearing masonry of above-ground floors will be made of ceramic blocs, in the basement will be used BEST formwork, horizontal construction is made of reinforced concrete. The building will be insulated with ETICS contact thermal insulation systém. The roof of the building consists of a single-skin flat roof. The building has ane levator and reinforced concrete staircase.

The theme of this thesis is the construction of residential building with a café in Brno on the street Foustkova. The building has one underground floor and four aboveground floors. On the first floor is a cafe area and two separate entrances to apartment blocks with flats. Second, third and fourth floors are designed as flats of different categories. The underground floor there are a garage, utility room and cellar storage boxes. Construction system the building's skeleton. The core made of masonry Porotherm. Ceiling structures and staircases are monolithic reinforced concrete. The building is covered flat and terraced roof.
