Business Plan for a Company Producing and Selling Diaries

This bachelor thesis, based on the knowledge gained in the theoretical pard, analyzes the external and internal environment of the company witch sels the customizable diaries. It examines its production, marketing, organization and financial plan and collects all information leading to the creation of the business plan. The name of the thesis is Business plan for a company producing and selling diaries. This company is a named Click diář. Their product is a diary where the customer can choose individual parts according to their preferences. The main objective is therefore to develop a business plan for an company to produce and sell user-customizable diaries based on analyzes of stakeholders and the general and industry environments. To accomplish this goal, I'm completing secondary goals such as exploring the competitive environment, finding demographics for target customers, developing a marketing, organizational and financial plan, and finding, analyzing and describing the risks involved in setting up a company. The thesis is divided into three parts. The theoretical part, which contains all the knowledge and the basics needed to create the following two parts, analysis of the current state and design of my own solution.

Based on the theoretical backgrounds, it evaluates the current state of the company, describes the problems, and then proposes solutions to how development can be achieved. The result is a comprehensive, high quality and feasible business plan to build mobile homes, which includes a detailed financial plan and investment appraisal.

The use of selected elements of internet marketing in a particular specialized e-shop

This diploma thesis concerns the analyses of a particular e-shop selling specialized sports equipment. The first part of the thesis deals with a theoretical background of the internet marketing. In the next part the thesis analyses the e-shop, its competitors and compares them with each other. The main part of the thesis includes new proposals that should lead to the better and stronger position in the market and make the selling increase. In conclusion, the thesis evaluetes these propasals in terms of how it shall contribute to the increase of competitiveness of the e-shop.

Website analysis in real estate sector

Target goal of this work is overall website analysis in real estate sector, www.brancoreality.com, and project of specific improvements for optimalization of mentioned website. Author of this work overview on the proces from user's and technical point of view. Analysis done from the user's point of view is provided by usability test of above menioned website. Thanks to this method autor intercepts faults of the website, which otherwise should not be identified. The other, technical analysis has been done by usage of non commercial common tools for web analytics. Objectiveness of the main goal should be compared with one of analysis from external specialists in branch. Another source for reaching the goal of this wok, is to compare tested web page with those of competitors. Author use rating system based upon criteria and weightings. The final ouput of this method is overview of strong and mean aspects of the target website and finally tools for improvements in competitiveness in branch. Lastly author introduced common instruction how to process website optimization. The bachelors labour will be delivered to the owner of the tested website and the conclusions shown therein will be used for improvements and optimization of them.

The causes of poor learning results in the subject 6MI211 - Data Analysis

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to statistically process data related to the failure of full time students in the subject Data Analysis and to appropriately interpret the acquired results. Resources to our work are the academic results based on Data Analysis and Math for economists from the winter semester of the academic year 2006/2007 and 2007/2008 and, in particular, a questionnaire formulated by ourselves. The nature of the data collected leads to the analysis of qualitative variables. First single data are described using a table of relative and absolute frequencies for each variable. In addition, we have worked with selected pairs of variables, namely the two-data which are processed in the form of contingency tables and these tables are then further analyzed. There are, inter alia, used tests of independence and homogeneity. For better understanding we have used the tables and the related tests are completed by graphs. From our bachelor thesis, we expect that we find the views of students on this subject and find out, why this subject causes so many problems for most of them.
