Burn out syndrom at healthcare social workers

The subject of this bachelor is ,,Burnout syndrome Health social workers" This work was created on the basis of my interest, because I am interested in burnout syndrome and in health social work, which I would like to work in after graduating from this study programme. The thesis deals with the problem of burnout syndrome between health social workers and appeals to critical information about prevention of his rise. The thesis is divided into two parts. In the theoretical part is describes the term burnout syndrome, his symptoms, phases, diagnostics and prevention. Helper syndrome is described here too and caddish with burnout syndrome and stress. Further in this part it describes the profession of a health social worker, his education, competency, ethic, types of clients, multidisciplinarity and at least risks for beginning burnout syndrome in health social workers. The practical part is to utilize the quantity method of research with questionnaire. Participants of this research were 123 people and dates were analyzed by standardized method MBI - Maslach Burnout Inventory.
Multidisciplinary cooperation of early intervention

The subject of this work is a multidisciplinary cooperation in early care. The theoretical part characterizes early care and it's target group. Furthermore, it describes the composition of a multidisciplinary team and deals with a coordinated system of rehabilitation. The practical part is focused on the functioning of multidisciplinary cooperation in a specific facility, Arpida center. This part of the work contains qualitative research, which was carried out through interview with an early care counselor and a leading social worker. In these interviews, I deal with a project "Circle of support" which is focused on working with the family using new methods and tools. I also deal with the history and structure of Arpida center multidisciplinary team and early care.
Role of addictologist in services specialized in treatment of eating disorders

Eating disorders are getting more and more attention in today's society. Mental anorexia and bulimia are considered to be widely spread problems among adolescent girls and young women. Studies estimate anorexia and bulimia to be present in around 4,5 % and 1,5 %-5 % of women population. There is a strong correlation between presence of any addictological disorder and eating disorder. If addictological disorder is to be present eating disorder is to be present in 35 % of all cases. Addiction treatment of both phenomena is usually separate although integrated treatment seems to be the most efficient. The goal of the study is to test the possible employment of an addictologist in eating disorders treatment services and outline possible role of and addictologist in therapeutic team. The goal is to be achieved through semi-structured interviews with employers of three therapeutic clinics Anabell in Prague, Brno and Ostrava. The semi- structured interviews were divided into specific areas. All the interviews were recorded and analysed afterwards. Open, axial and selective coding was used as a method of data analysis. Methods of Social Work in Families with a Child in the Terminal Phase of a Disease

Annotation: The aim of the thesis " Methods of Social Work in Families with a Child in the Terminal Phase of a Disease" is to answer the basic research question, which reads: "How do the social workers of selected Prague organizations focusing on child palliative care perceive the application of methods of social work with child clients in the terminal stage of the disease? " A partial aim of this thesis is to describe the current state of child palliative care in the Czech Republic. The purpose of this diploma thesis is not to map all the methods of social work that could be used in practice, but to note the seriousness, the topicality of the problems and to point out the different perception of the given situation.
