The classical and modern form of the fairytale: K. J. Erben and J. Mahen

This bachelor's thesis aims to compare two forms of the author's fairy tale, the classic of Karel Jaromír Erben and the modernist of Jiří Mahen. First, we focus on the individual identical and different elements between the fairy tales examined. The work Morphology of a Fairy Tale by V. J. Propp and other professional literature will help us with our analysis. The following theoretical chapter is devoted to a deeper acquaintance with individual publications. In the end, we will summarize all the findings.
Support and the development of pre-reading literacy by way of modern authorial fairy tales

The thesis is devoted to the promotion and development of reading pre-literacy in kindergarten through modern authorial fairy tales. The theoretical part is focused on the development of preschool age children in various aspects related to the development of reading and language skills - in terms of psychology, early childhood education and Framework educational program for preschool education. With respect to the theme of the thesis is part of the theory also definitions of reading literacy and reading pre-literacy and its content in the context of selected procedures for development of reading in kindergarten. There are also itemized some of the methods RWCT (Reading and Writing for Critical Thinking), which are used in order to develop literacy skills. Theoretically, they are also gripped the literary and drama education in kindergarten, the specifics of the modern fairy tale and the role of projective methods in kindergarten. In the practical part there are present projects: What would happen, if there were walking around Brno giant and Lichožrouti. Projects were developed based on the book Daisy Mrázková (What would happen, if ...) and Paul Šrut (Lichožrouti). The Ideology, the Play, the Secret: The Role of the Slovene Contemporary Fairy-tale in 1945-1975

The thesis deals with shapes of the Slovene fantastic tale in the 1945-1975's and looks into the roles which have been assigned to it by it's authors. The thesis assumes that during this period, there were three basic types of authorial approach: fantastic tale in the service of the state ideology, fantastic tale as a free play of imagination and fantastic tale with overlap. These three roles are analyzed on the example of nine fantastic tales, most of them being from the literary canon of the Slovene children's literature: Udarna brigada (Anton Ingolič), Zgode in nezgode kraljevskega dvora (Milan Šega), Drejček in trije Marsovčki (Vid Pečjak), Moj dežnik je lahko balon (Ela Peroci), Strah ima velike oči (Marjan Marinc), Kosovirja na leteči žlici (Svetlana Makarovič), Potovanje v tisočera mesta (Vitomil Zupan), Deklica Delfina in lisica Zvitorepka (Kristina Brenkova) and Avtomoto mravlje (Jože Snoj).

Problems of translation Milos Macourek's fairy-tales into Polish

Summery This thesis deals with the issue of translation Milos Macourek's fairy tales into Polish. The starting point for the analysis is a comparison of two versions of a translation of selected texts. The author of the first one is Marie Erhardtowa, the second version is translated by Herman Grzeszczyk and Andrzej Kulikowski. The first part of the thesis is a theoretical preparation which explains the basic questions of literary translation. The main goal of the practical part of this thesis is to determine the target groups of readers, followed by an analysis of the particular translation issues.The conclusion contains a summary of findings and an assessment of individual translation in terms of adequacy.
