Analysis of Development of the Mobile Market in the Czech Republic

This bachelor thesis analyses the development of the mobile market in the Czech Republic. With a use of data of the Czech telecommunication office in recent years, it tries to prognoses the development of the market and its size by statistical methods. Thesis also identify key factors in the growth of the market that uses an econometric model to create further development.
Czech telecomunications companies in chosen specialized media in 2013 - 2017

This Master's Thesis focuses on the most popular online media, which are writing about telecomunications companies in the Czech Republic (mobil.iDnes.cz, MobilMania.cz a Mobilenet.cz). The aim of the thesis is to provide an overview of the way how these media inform about mobile providers in the Czech Republic (T-Mobile, O2 and Vodafone). The thesis reveals differences and similarities in media output of the monitored media and thus can help in a critical approach to the received information. In the theoretical part the thesis shows approach of a journalist as a mediator of information with an explanation of the main theories. It further reflects the role of a journalist as a recipient of information and also focuses more on the role of PR.The research part contains the results of the content analysis, from which it is possible to get an overview of media output frequency, sentiment or extent of use of press releases and the way they are taken over. All monitored quantities are compared across the media and mobile providers. The results show that there are significant differences how journalists rework press releases and in the overall sentiment of published articles. MobileMania.cz is significantly more critical of all mobile operators than other followed media, while at Mobilenet.cz research confirmed...

The thesis deals with the perception of internet advertising of mobile operators by consumers in the Czech and Slovak Republic. The aim of the thesis is to bring the recommendations regarding the usage of internet advertising tools for the major mobile operators. Online advertising is mainly compared with TV advertising due to the dominance of this type of promotion in the environment of mobile operators. In order to achieve the goal of the thesis, the qualitative research by interviews will be carried out as well as the quantitative research through a questionnaire survey.

Diploma thesis deals with the issue of corporate social responsibility of mobile phone operators in the Czech and Slovak Republic. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the current state of corporate social responsibility in the companies that are leaders in providing telecommunications services, through the international standard ISO 26000. The diploma thesis concludes that mobile phone operators in the Czech Republic and Slovakia take a proactive approach to corporate social responsibility and have sufficient awareness of the concept of CSR. The research results are evaluated the current state of corporate social responsibility and are proposed specific recommendations for the key CSR areas in which mobile operators lag behind their competitors in the market.

This diploma thesis focuses on the telecommunications field and specifically on the analysis of the Czech telecommunications market. Theoretical part of the thesis is focused on the historical development of telecommunications in terms of technological trends in the world and their subsequent transfer to Czech market. The practical part deals with the analysis of the Czech market, according to selected criteria, particularly in terms of privided services, their quality and technological solutions. The emphasis is on the analysis of operation of the mobile telecommunication and data services providers in the Czech Republic. The result of this diploma thesis is the analysis of the current state of the Czech telecommunications market in common with positive forecasts.
The concept of CSR and its implementation by mobile operators in the Czech Republic

The diploma thesis deals with the issue of corporate social responsibility among mobile operators in the Czech Republic. Its aim is to analyze the policies and practices of CSR among mobile operators in the Czech Republic and evaluate these activities in the economic, social and environmental area. The operational objective is to propose measures and solutions that would lead to the settlement of differences between the particular companies and the overall higher efficiency of CSR in the mobile sector. All based on the analysis of individual CSR activities and their subsequent comparison. The SWOT analysis of CSR in each company helps to compare them. The activities are described and compared within three pillars of corporate social responsibility.
The analysis of development of regulations on the mobile operators market in Czech Republic since it's beginning until present

The aim of this thesis is to analyze the regulation in the Czech telecommunications sector with focus on the mobile service providers. Analysis is based on available data about mobile telecommunications market development, comparison of economic and telecommunications parameters and analysis of regulatory and untitrust authorities in the Czech Republic. The conclusion of the thesis is, that the legal definition of the competitive market is unclear and the deregulation is too slow. The competition is not sufficient and causes slow dicrease in the consumer prices.
Marketing Strategy of Companies on the Market of Mobile Operators in the Czech Republic

This Bachelor's thesis compares marketing strategies of three major mobile operators on the Czech market. The aim of this thesis is first to define particularities and critical success factors of a marketing strategy on the market of mobile operators in the Czech Republic. Secondly, to compare marketing strategies of Vodafone Czech Republic, a. s., T-Mobile Czech Republic, a. s. and Telefónica Czech Republic, a. s. based on the analysis of their current marketing strategies and the questionnaire survey. And thirdly, to design an optimal marketing strategy for the current market of mobile operators. The theoretical part covers the concept of marketing, marketing environment and its factors and forces. In addition, the marketing management, different types of marketing situation analysis and a strategic marketing are described. Furthermore, the services marketing is defined. The practical part compares three mobile operators with a special focus on their product, price and promotion strategy. A brand perception, an effect of advertising campaigns and customers' loyalty and satisfaction is contrasted. The outcome of the comparison is the ranking of marketing strategies. The optimal marketing strategy for the market of mobile operators in Czech Republic is proposed in the end.
