Biogenní aminy v produktech minipivovarů

The bachelor thesis deals withbiogenic amines (BA) content in beers of selected microbreweries from South Bohemia, where beers from commercial breweries are also used for comparison. This thesis is divided into two parts. The first, theoretical part, is focused on introducing the brewing industry, the process of beer production, the difference in the production process in microbreweries and their characteristics. It also explains what BAs are and their different presentation. The second half of this thesis is focused on the experimental part, where the methodology of the work, determination and evaluation of BA content in different beer samples is presented. The ultraperformance liquid chromatography (UPLC) method by which the content of individual BAs in beer samples was determined is also presented. Subsequently, the results of the experiment are presented and a discussion with a comparison of the results of this work with the results of other studies of the same focus is presented.
Marketingová mix minipivovaru Popelín

The bachelor thesis explains the basic concepts related to marketing and marketing mix in the research part of the thesis. The practical part of the thesis deals with the beer brewery Popelin, its marketing and the actual production of beer. The situation in the Popelín brewery was evaluated by means of SWOT and PESTLE analysis and the 4P marketing mix of the brewery was evaluated. The evaluation of the situation in the brewery showed that the brewery has no problems with sales and does not need to invest in advertising because people like to come back. The biggest danger for the Popelin brewery and other micro breweries is the increase in the price of inputs, especially energy prices.

This bachelor thesis deals with the possibilities of supporting microbreweries in the form of subsidies in the programming period 2021-2027. The literature search summarizes key information about microbreweries, the definition of SMEs and general conditions for providing subsidies. The practical part describes the ongoing subsidy calls from which funds can be drawn for the construction and development of microbreweries. In particular, the official internet resources of the European Union, the individual EU funds and state portals were used to find the relevant subsidy titles. The main output of this work is a summary of information useful for applicants for subsidies or for those interested in doing business in this brewery sector.
Moravský Krumlov, the Transformation of the Late Court and Jail Building into the Cultural and Social Center

The project addresses the reconstruction and extension of the former municipal court and the prison, which are located in the center of the Moravský Krumlov on the corner to T. G. Masaryk square and Smetana street. The aim is to achieve new capabilities and use of objects, these objects merge into one unit and simultaneously revitalize the city center Moravský Krumlov. Both objects are currently connected to the new public passages, which will be placed on the desktop of the current courtyard between the buildings. This passage should induce a sense of connection with nature surrounding the city and to the concept of a roof carrier system simulating the passage surrounding forests. After the reconstruction of the building will offer new spaces for leisure services, urban center and a dignified and representative for the town library. It also includes a new restaurant and popular today as part of its own microbrewery restaurant.

The theoretical part deals with marketing, marketing communication and communication mix. Practical part analyzes the selected company, the current status and its evaluation. Final part is based on the executed analyzes and provides recommendations and suggestions to improve company´s marketing strategy.
Microbrewery automation

Thesis discusses the basics of brewing technology, ingredients needed for beer production, homemade microbreweries, basic procedures and principles used in those breweries and their application. It also discusses the specific solution of selected microbrewery, its design, assembly and automation, including a description of the control software. Selected microbrewery consists of three containers, uses gas burner for heating and transfer pump for pumping. Programmable automatic PLC LOGO! program serves as a control unit of the microbrewery.

The bachelor thesis deals with the possibility of conversion of unused baroque granary in Vilémov (Havlíčkův Brod district) to the microbrewery and cultivation of the surrounding area. Main challenge was to develop a design that combines traditional approach of the historical building with innovative approach of the technology extension. The result consists of architectural study, construction study, construction detail documentation and physical model and partial construction documentation.
Mixed-use building in Mikulov

This bachelor´s thesis is based on the architectural study made within studio work of subject AG033. The subject of the design is new mixed-use building in a gap site at historic centre of the Mikulov city, right below Mikulov castle and it´s castle walls. In terms of function, mixed-use building is used as an apartment building, which is divided into six apartments with size from 2+k to 4+1, including facility spaces. Next there are commerce services, which includes one commerce unit for rent, beerhouse with microbrewery, and wine bar, which uses existing wine cellar underneath the castle walls. In the back yard, there are located covered parking spaces for residents and commerce employees, which are accessible by passage. Mixed-use building is divided by architecture masses to multi-storey street section, which consist of two houses with different height, which are based on historic plots, and one-storey yard section. Street section is conceived as contemporary adaptation of traditional historic character of the city. Both houses of the street section have pitched roofs, made from ceramic roof tiles, with roof windows, which respects roof character of the Mikulov city. Facades are made of two coloured renders, which are divided by houses of the street section. Detailing of facades is made from coloured contrast lines, which are referring to traditional historical details. Yard section has flat green roofs, which helps to relieve mass from build-up area. Facades are made of brick strip tiling, which helps to fuse building with castle walls. The most prominent space is space of a wine bar, which is made on square floor plan, and it has big Czech vaulting with significant centre skylight. Whole design of mixed-use building connects city life in Mikulov city.
Restaurant with Microbrewery in Golčův Jeníkov

The project involves the design and solution of restaurant with microbrewery and accommodations. This is a new building on the land plot no. 2739, which is located in Golčův Jeníkov and situated in the middle of plat. Entrance to object and disposition inside the building is has barrier-free solution. Restaurant with microbrewery is designed for a capacity of 120 people in restaurant and 30 places to sit in lounge bar. Total capacity of boarding house is 21 beds. One double room is designed has barrier-free solution. Structural system of restaurant with microbrewery is combined, which is formed in one part of precast concrete frame S 1.2 and in other part of wall structural system. They are designed reinforced concrete columns about dimensions 0,4x0,4 m with axial distance 6x8 m. Masonry part of the building and infill wall in above-ground floors is lined with ceramic blocks of the type therm. Infill wall in the basement is formed of permanent formwork. The building is insulated a contact thermal insulation with an insulation of thickness 130 mm. Internal loadbearing and non-load-bearing wall in basement and in first floor are lined with ceramic blocks type therm and in second floor they are designed plasterboard partitions. The building is covered with a warm flat roof. Loadbearing structure of roof and ceilings structure are formed prestressed concrete floor slabs SPIROLL. Floor assembly is burdened with river stones of thickness 120 mm.

This work is focused on creation of background, so it can be decided about realization of our Business plan- establishment of a microbrewery. This work is divided into three parts. The charakteristics of the most important conceps we need to uderstand the issue are describet in the fisrt part. The secon part focused on prosecing fo each analysis and the specific proposal for establishment of a microbrewery is procesed in third part.
