Červeňáková, Hana ; Laufková, Veronika (advisor) ; Starý, Karel (referee)
In this diploma thesis, we present a methodological approach for the preparation of bilingual children attending the Czech School without Borders in London (CSWBL), with a specific focus on preparing them for the B1 level exam organized by the UK's UJOP workplace. The theoretical part of the thesis begins by providing an overview of CSWBL, including a brief history of its operation. Subsequently, we offer a definition of the term bilingualism. A particular emphasis is placed on the unique aspects of teaching Czech to bilingual pupils residing in London. This serves as a crucial foundation for the practical segment of the thesis, aiming to acquaint the reader with CSWBL, elucidate the concept of bilingualism, and delineate the specific challenges associated with teaching bilingual children residing outside the Czech Republic. Given the current absence of textbooks tailored for teaching bilingual students, our objective in the practical part is to create teaching materials for the eighth grade, aligning with the students' needs. These materials are designed to correspond to the time-thematic plan for the 8th grade at CSWBL and simultaneously prepare students for the CCE exam at level B1. This preparation encompasses all four components of the exam: listening, reading, writing, and speaking. The...

Pospíšil, Jan
The interest of this bachelor thesis is the evaluation of the geotourism potential of seven selected geological and geomorphological localities around Milovy in the Žďárské hills, their very characteristics and evaluation using the already established methodology of geosites / geomorphosites Mrs. RNDr. Lucie Kubalíkové, Ph.D. Selected localities represent not only natural monuments or nature reserves in the form of rock formations, which are in terms of geotourism within the area of interest very attractive, but also neglected meanders of the Svratka River. Geotourism potential is evaluated on the basis of methodological evaluation and questionnaire survey, designed for the target group of respondents. The key participants of the questionnaire survey are local residents (stakeholders) and visitors (tourists). The thesis compares the view of local residents and tourists on geotourism itself in the given locality and informs about the possible positive and negative impacts of tourism within the area of interest with an emphasis on selected geological and geomorphological sites.

Methodology of Investigation of Murders Abstract This thesis examined methodology of investigation of murders. As this is a very broad topic, the focus was on selected aspects of the investigation methodology. The introduction of the thesis was devoted to murder from the perspective of law and its comparison with the crime of killing and murder of a newborn child by the mother. The nuances that differentiate them are discussed there. The second chapter focuses on the criminological characteristics of murder. It provides the reader with an insight into the characteristics of the perpetrators of murder and who the victims most often are. The following chapters deal with the individual components of the methodology itself. They describe typical clues as well as investigative situations that criminologists most often encounter in practice. Attention is also paid to the methods of crime scene examination, examination of a corpse and forensic examination. The eighth chapter discusses the planning and organisation of the investigation and the way in which criminal investigators construct versions based on the evidence and clues found, which are then tested. The penultimate chapter describes the peculiarities of subsequent investigative and search operations. In particular, this includes the interrogation of the...

The bachelor's thesis is focused on the evaluation of engineering geological mapping on a scale of 1: 5,000 in the territory of the Pilsen and Karlovy Vary regions (formerly the area of the West Bohemian Region). The work is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. In the theoretical part, a search of professional literature was carried out describing the methodology of creating engineering geological maps, consisting of preparatory work, field work and the actual completion of the entire elaborations. It also discusses the gradual development of engineering geological survey and mapping in the cross-section of the 1940s to the 1990s. In the practical part, 23 final, accompanying and interim reports are processed together with map, laboratory and documentation outputs. Map outputs at a scale of 1:5 000 were digitized using the QGIS software with the georeferencing tool in raster graphics. An orthophoto map and a state map from the 1950s were used as a basis for the fitting points.

How to work with film didactically in high school psychology teaching
MICHL EGRIOVÁ, Simona
This diploma thesis deals with the topic of how to do didactically work with films in the teaching of psychology at high schools. The thesis is divided into a theoretical part, which deals with the theoretical foundations of teaching psychology at high schools in the Czech Republic and abroad and it also deals with films as a didactic tool for teaching psychology and with selected mental disorders and mental illnesses. The goal of practical part was to create a specific methodology for teaching psychology at high schools using a film as a didactic tool on the topic of dissociative identity disorder, bipolar affective disorder and schizophrenia. One topic was taught in each lesson. To map what students already know about the topic, a questionnaire is designed to identify preconceptions in the field of psychology. In order to map what the students already know about the topic a questionnaire was created to find out preconceptions from the field of psychology. Students were given this questionnaire to fill in before and after class. The answers were then evaluated and compared. With the help of descriptive statistics, it was found out that all students (N=59) were better at answering questions of type "B" at the end of the lesson than they were with questions of type "A". For the "B" type of questions, there was an overall improvement in responses from 59,3 % (N=35) at the beginning of the lesson to 93,2 % (N=55) at the end of the lesson. In the case of question type "A", the success rate in the answers worsened from 74,6 % (N=44) before the lesson to 69,5 % (N=41) after the lesson. In the empirical part, an alteration of teaching is proposed after this finding.
