Assessment of Research and Development Projects in Terms of Income Tax Act

This diploma thesis deals with evaluating of research and development projects from the viewpoint of income taxes in business corporation. The thesis defines legislation of the problematics. On the basis of acquired knowledge a methodological guide is created. It can be used in business corporation while evaluating research and development projects in accordance with income taxes. In this diploma thesis the chosen research and development projects in existing business corporation are solved by the created methodological guide. Illustrative examples of situations which can appear during realization of research and development projects and its financial impacts on business corporation are given at the end of this thesis.
Use of orienteering in the 1st grade of elementary school

This thesis focuses on the utilization of orienteering as an educational tool at the primary level of elementary school. Its aim is to create a methodological guide for teachers that will help them incorporate orienteering into their teaching. The theoretical part is divided into three main chapters. The first chapter defines the issue of fulfilling educational goals in relation to the curriculum: the second chapter explores the younger school-aged child and their development in terms of orientation and movement capabilities: and the third part is devoted to the characteristics of orienteering, including its basic principles, history, and the evolution of the sport. The practical part focuses on the creation of a methodological guide for teachers. It provides specific information on how to integrate orienteering into teaching at the primary level of elementary school. The guide includes games and activities that progressively increase in difficulty. The outcome of this work is a comprehensive methodological guide that provides teachers with resources and ideas for effectively incorporating orienteering into their teaching at the primary level. Problems of organizing a public marathon cross-country skiing

Topic: Organizational issues of a public mass marathon in cross-country skiing Goals of thesis: The aim of this thesis is to identify all the difficulties with planning, implementation and evaluation of public mass marathon in cross-country skiing. Further this work should give a example and methodological manual for organization of public mass marathon. This thesis is valid for Czech Republic. Method: The solution results from analysis of documents dealing with the issue. Another source of information is based on long term organizational experience of LK Slovan Karlovy Vary with organizing public mass marathon. Results: The main goal was achieved by creating detailed instructions for organization of mass race. The main contribution of this thesis is to provide the guidelines for organizers beginners of public mass marathon. The work is divided into two parts. The theoretical part describe history of mass-races in cross country skiing at home and abroad. There is also set of rules for mass races and theoretically described process of organizing sport's events in terms of economics, marketing and management. Let's give life to recent history ... or how to teach contemporary history in high schools

The diploma thesis entitled Let's revive recent history… or how to teach contemporary history in secondary schools is conceived in the form of a methodological manual for secondary school teachers who would like to understand their teaching of contemporary history in an interesting, research and effective way. It outlines the obstacles due to which teachers avoid contemporary history, and compares and evaluates history textbooks, which are among the most commonly used in teaching at secondary schools. It is also clear here how much space is devoted to contemporary history in these textbooks and which topics of contemporary history are preferred by the framework educational program. The work is focused on Czechoslovak and Czech contemporary history, for which it offers the possibility of using various Internet platforms, which are directly intended for teachers or from them can draw inspiration for their teaching. Last but not least, it also offers several activities involving working with sources or other period artifacts that can be used in class. Experimental teaching technique of physics for primary schools with utilization of the system Pasco

The thesis "Experimental physics education at secondary school using the Pasco system," deals with the support of digital technology in education and shows a new use of information systems at secondary schools. It is focused on the use of a specialized set of measuring probes, sensors and other accessories in the experimental classes. It also focuses on the use of these devices in selected elementary schools in chosen subjects. The entire work will be written within the meaning of guide for physics teachers. It will include information about the products available on the Czech market, a set of experimental examples of various topics, including solutions, research relating to the use of experimental systems at schools and a research among pupils, whether these aids facilitate understanding of the topic. Part of the work will be filmed demonstration of experimental physics class, using a Pasco system.
Project and problem teaching thematic area Diversity of Nature in the 1st Degree of Elementary School

The aim of this thesis is to develop its own concept of learning material dedicated to teaching diversity of nature at first level of primary schools using principles of project teaching and teaching opportunities beyond elementary school. The proposed educational material is created in the form of a methodological manual that contains worksheets for proposed projects in the field of diversity of nature. That means a guidebook for teachers that is designed as an assistant for work with the proposed projects. There is also available an instructional text so that it corresponds with principles defined by the applicable educational documents. The theoretical part of this thesis focuses on evaluation of the importance of this work in the context of FEP and SEP monitored schools. Other chapters are devoted to a functional analysis of textbooks and workbooks for the first level of basic evaluation that emphasises the importance of project teaching during teaching elementary science, natural science and geography.
Motivational and alternative methods for teaching in local regions by using an examle of Světlé nad Sázavou

The aim of the thesis is to propose motivational and alternative methods for teaching in local regions using the examle of Světlé nad Sázavou . The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical sections. In the theoretical part motivational and alternative teaching methods are described in more detail, which can be used for teaching in the local region. Further chapters of the theoretical section of the thesis briefly describe geographical characteristics of the chosen region and its position in the educational pragramme. The practical part, which is based on pesonal experiences and on survey research, which summarises methods of teaching in the local region in the elementary schools, consists of a workbook and methodical manual for teachers for the use of motivational and alternative methods. All is based on a current educational programme.
