Tato diplomová práce se zabývá využitím orientačního běhu jako vzdělávacího nástroje na 1. stupni základní školy. Jejím cílem je vytvořit metodickou příručku pro učitele, která jim pomůže zařadit orientační běh do výuky. Teoretická část je rozdělena na tři hlavní kapitoly. První kapitola vymezuje problematiku naplňování vzdělávacích cílů vzhledem ke kurikulu, druhá kapitola se věnuje dítěti mladšího školního věku a jeho vývoj z hlediska orientace a pohybových možností a třetí část je věnována charakteristice orientačního běhu, základní principy včetně jeho historie a vývoje tohoto sportu. Praktická část se zaměřuje na tvorbu metodické příručky pro učitele. Ta obsahuje konkrétní informace o tom, jak začlenit orientační běh do výuky na 1. stupni základní školy. Jsou zde uvedeny hry a aktivity, které na sebe navazují v náročnosti. Výstupem této práce je komplexní metodická příručka, která poskytuje učitelům prostředky a nápady pro efektivní začlenění orientačního běhu do výuky na 1. stupni základní školy. Aktivity, které jsou použity v metodické příručce, jsou navrženy s ohledem na zábavnost a interaktivitu. Zároveň se přizpůsobují potřebám účastníků a jsou koncipovány tak, aby byly co nejefektivnější a co nejvíce podporovaly motivaci a zájem žáků o téma orientačního běhu. Metodickou příručku... This thesis focuses on the utilization of orienteering as an educational tool at the primary level of elementary school. Its aim is to create a methodological guide for teachers that will help them incorporate orienteering into their teaching. The theoretical part is divided into three main chapters. The first chapter defines the issue of fulfilling educational goals in relation to the curriculum: the second chapter explores the younger school-aged child and their development in terms of orientation and movement capabilities: and the third part is devoted to the characteristics of orienteering, including its basic principles, history, and the evolution of the sport. The practical part focuses on the creation of a methodological guide for teachers. It provides specific information on how to integrate orienteering into teaching at the primary level of elementary school. The guide includes games and activities that progressively increase in difficulty. The outcome of this work is a comprehensive methodological guide that provides teachers with resources and ideas for effectively incorporating orienteering into their teaching at the primary level.
