The dissertation thesis deals with the impact of means of art (dance and fine art) on the pesonality development of mentally handicapped adults. The topič is developed on both theoretical and practical levels. The thesis describes the philosophical and social science basis of this approach and lists research projects dealing with art therapy and dance therapy for mentally handicapped People. The work includes practical and theoretical aspects of art therapy and dance therapy in a broader context. Basal stimulation for people with profound mental disabilities

Title: Basal stimulation for people with profound mental disabilities Objectives: The goal is to track the response and the effects of the methods of basal stimulation for people with profound mental disabilities in a monthly interval. This is a method aimed at improving the perception of the body, the social relations and orientation in the surrounding environment. Methods: I watchedhow strong the response of nine clients with profound intellectual disabilities on the chosen method of basal stimulation, depending on the type and time.This is a qualitative method, which evaluates the best kinds of use of basal stimulation for people with profound mental disabilities. I chose the data collection involved observing the reactions of clients. Before the intervention, I tested the response to two kinds of methods, followed by a monthly intervention when I watched every day and write a response to nine selected persons to the application seven stimulation, which were practiced by therapists after the intervention, I tested the same method as before starting work. The project is carried out in public facilities for clients with annual, weekly, and daily tourist service. DRAMATIC WORK IN A SPECIFIC GROUP

In this thesis I describe and analyse my experience and findings which I had the
chance to acquire when I took part in projects and theatrical performances in
specific groups ? adult people with intellectual disability and children. During the
course of my study I have had the opportunity to do some research into these
groups and deal with them in terms of dramatic work. So I try to depict their
dramatic work and I also attempt to find bases for their development.
In the introductory parts I mainly deal with a description of some theatrical
principles and approaches connected with the particularity of this kind of
theatrical production. I also present individual groups I work with and describe
their capabilities and limits. In the last part of my thesis I try to analyse the
individual projects and performances with regard to their dramatic work. At the
conclusion I will attempt to specify dramatic work of professional actors within
this group.

Drama in special pedagogic education

This work deals with the possibilities of using drama in special pedagogic education. It is divided into four chapters.
The first chapter is devoted to defining various types and forms of disability, specifies the requirements placed on teachers in special education in the field of drama. Describes the factors that influence an individual's reaction to his disability.
The second chapter defines drama in the system Paradramatic systems, approaches and other systems that are within the special education environment used.
The third chapter looks capabilities of drama in an educational environment in different groups of individuals with disabilities.
The fourth chapter presents a number of projects and hours in individuals with mental disabilities.

Development of participation principle at health hanicapped in region Vysocina.

This thesis deal with development of participation principle at health handicapped in region Vysocina. Research was realized in cooperation with hospic directors and its goal is find out assertion rate of participation at clientship of mentioned establishment. Theoreteical part describe basic notions, as for example participation, its types and participation impact for society life. Further thesis define health handicapped person, single types of handicap and their influence for assertion of participation. Practical part includes data analysis obtained by interview performed in nine establishment for health handicapped in region Vysocina. All establishment assert actively participation principle and provide their clientship complex services and many possibilities as spend leisure time. And above all each of hospices respect honour of everyone. Quality of single establishment doesn´t depend if they are national, privat or religious. It depends first of all for quality of people, who work there. If they perform their work with pleasure then everybody are satisfied.
