Tourist cards and their use in contemporary tourism

This study focuses on proposing a concept for a tourist card in the České Budějovice region and its surroundings. To achieve this goal, a benchmarking comparison of existing tourist cards in three selected locations is conducted, with unified criteria established for evaluation. Primary and secondary research provide the basis for analyzing and presenting the benchmarking results. Simultaneously, a monitoring process maps potential entities and stakeholders in the South Bohemian region to identify key stakeholders for future tourist card implementation. Product marketing management is further included in the study, encompassing the creation and distribution of the tourist card in the region. This study provides a comprehensive view of tourists' needs in the area and contributes to the development of the tourism industry through an effective product.

The diploma thesis deals with the quality of tourism services in the city and its evaluation. As a source of data, primary research of service providers in the urban destination as well as the secondary data from previous researches was used. The overall objective was to evaluate approaches to the quality of tourism services in urban destinations. At the same time, the most important quality factors influencing the demand from the point of view of service providers was determined thus the cultural-social attractions, accommodation and boarding. The findings of the thesis are the proposal for evaluation of the product quality in a case study Brno and surrounding (Brno a okolí), the contribution is an increase of the demand for the destination and its turnout.

Afterwards the last 'Great Depression' of the years 2008-2009, and the deepening of the Euro-zone crisis more and more ideas evolve around the limited capacities of our development. Sustainable development as an approach to social, economic, and institutional realities is flourishing amongst the scholars. The master thesis investigates the paradigm called Green Marketing with its possibilities as well as the criticism, green consumer market, green segmentation, and green marketing strategies. In order to further elaborate on the application of Green Marketing theories, this research paper will focus on the automotive industry. Mobility as it is nowadays, presents an objective to reduce the CO2 emissions, and is already regulated by policies in tact. Electric vehicle as a green product of a very advanced technology needs a creative approach to marketing. The subsequent part of this paper will introduce the specificity of the Tesla Motors electric vehicle and how it influences consumer needs, wants, and perceptions by citing exciting findings within this field. It investigates how can electric vehicle compete with conventional mobility culture to successfully enter new markets.
