Analysis of the process of liquidation of damage events of buildings

This thesis is focused mainly on the liquidation process of damage events related to the buildings. The analysis of the whole process and recommendations for limiting of individual risk is involved. Within the insurance discurs, asset insurance is characterized by a new price and the time prize. This difference is described in the practical part of the thesis, where the partial damages caused by the storm on the family house and the overall damage to the cottage after a major fire accident. At the end of the case study, an assessment of the most serious insurance risks is described.
Company liquidation and its risks

The aim of this report is company liquidation and her possible risks.The theoretical part of this dissertation deal with the general law business liquidation of the company, primarily focused on the legal status of the liquidator and his individual acts within the liquidation process.The analytical part analyse the course of liquidation of a particular company from the perspective of liquidator. The target is carry out problem-free liquidation with the greatest possible benefit for shareholders.
Evaluation of the Financial Situation of a Company and Proposals for its Improvement

This Bachelor´s thesis is dealing with evaluation of financial situation concerning company Stavebniny Nováková s.r.o. from 2015 to 2019. The first part is focused on theoretical basis, where fundamental terms of financial analysis and financial indicators are described. Second part consists of financial analysis calculation of the chosen company and subsequently interpretation of results. In the closing part there are stated suggestions to improve the financial situation of the enterprise in the coming years.
Ecological evaluation and labeling of electrical products

This bachelor thesis is focused on the possibilities of reducing the negative effects of electrical products on the environment. After a general description of the current state, including activities aimed at awarding environmental labels, attention is focused on the possibilities of ecological evaluation of electrical products. Legislation according to the standards of the ISO 14020 series is applied for this that are focused on three possibilities of awarding eco-labels. In the practical part a procedure for awarding the ECO mark according to the ISO 14021 standard is proposed. This could be granted by the manufacturers themselves on compliance with the prescribed conditions as in the case of the declaration of conformity for the CE marking.
The Optimalization of Debts Recovery Procedure

Thesis pursue an aim to introduce reader to problem of unsettled debts, outline way of debts recovering at company ORKÁN plus, s.r.o. (L.t.d.) and draw up system of debts recovering procedure apllicable to consulting companies. Theoretic part of thesis defines a debt, shows certain stages of debt lifetime, and deals with 1) comparison of debts recovery procedure through court process (soud) and through (exekutor) 2) comparison of two basic ways of execution of a decision Analytic part of thesis consist of brief introduction of ORKÁN plus, s.r.o. (L.t.d.) company, analysis of present debts filing system at this company, then analysis of debts amortization and adjusting entries creation from tax and accounting standpoint, as well as analysis of company finance stability with regard to overdue debts. Part called „own proposed solutions“ contents recommended procedures of debts recovery and suggested improvement of present system of debts recovery procedure.

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to provide a comprehensive overview of health–care waste and the possibilities of disposal. It focuses on infectious waste generated by hospital business. There are a lot of special rules for infectious waste. It is very important to apply them in handling and subsequent disposal. Proper management of hazardous waste is very important for health security. The bachelor thesis will provide an overview of the methods for the disposal of hazardous wastes as well as their mutual comparison. One of the latest devices for the decontamination and destruction of medical material is the Converter.

In the thesis we deal with a summary of all available methods of disposal of environmentally friendly vehicles that are currently available. Addressing this problem is to find appropriate procedure, thereby simplifying and reducing the cost of processing vehicles. We also deal with this issue in terms of legislative, therefore a summary of the law on dealing with waste vehicles. Bankruptcy of financial institutions

Bankruptcy of financial institutions Summary The thesis deals with the issue of bankruptcy of financial institutions with the aim of providing a comprehensive interpretation of the current legislation and its analytical assessment. The thesis is divided into 7 chapters within which the reader is initially introduced to the key words of this thesis such as "bankruptcy" and "financial institution" and then to the individual procedures that can occur in the event of failure of financial institutions, which are: resolution proceedings under the CRD, liquidation under the CC and insolvency proceedings under the IC. Attention is thus primarily paid to the mutual definition of these procedures in order to declare in which cases the procedures are applicable, with which specifics and under which conditions. In the chapter on resolution proceedings, the reader is given a closer look at the BRRD and the CRD, which implemented the directive into the Czech legal system and which, apart from the resolution proceedings themselves, also regulates preventive measures taken to prevent the emergence of negative effects of potential failures of financial institutions on the financial system in the form of recovery plans or crisis resolution plans.
