Design of workshop crane with powered chassis
Tmej, Tomáš ; Hadraba, Petr (referee) ; Kočiš, Petr (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis focuses on design of workshop crane with powered chassis. The work describes available types of cranes and devoted to the category of workshop cranes in detail. Two construction designs of a workshop crane with powered chassis are elaborated. One option is selected. In this selected variant is made a detailed design, control calculations of the supporting parts and the production drawings are drawn at the end.
Prevention of occupational risks: Part I
Malý, Stanislav a kol.
The introductory part of the publication presents a general and general introduction to occupational safety and health and in this context introduces some aspects of state supervision in this field and the issue of training of employees on safety and health at work. This section also focuses on the prevention of risks and the safety and health protection of activities such as metalworking, metal forming and woodworking, safety in the production, operation, operation and maintenance of dedicated electrical, gas, pressure and lifting equipment.
Prevention of occupational risks: Part II
Malý, Stanislav
In this second part of the three-part publication on the prevention of risks in selected activities, areas, machinery and technical facilities, attention is focused on the safety and health of workers in construction and rail transport, the safety and health protection of people performing work at heights and above depth, material handling and storage, storage of bulk materials in tanks, welding, operation and maintenance of motor vehicles, persons dealing with hazardous chemicals and persons handling transport equipment and electrical power sets. The publication is primarily a tool for employers and professionals who are skilled in risk prevention, as well as other people involved in job search, monitoring of factors affecting work safety and protecting the health of employees from their work. The guides presented are the so-called good practice that, in particular, provides SMEs with effective tools to prevent risks arising in work systems and increases the awareness of the importance of safe working conditions and procedures for maintaining employees' work capacity and improving their quality of work and job satisfaction. This part also provides an overview of the OSH abbreviations and related areas and the selection of the most commonly used abbreviations.

Workshop lifting and handling devices
Benda, Petr ; Zeizinger, Lukáš (referee) ; Škopán, Miroslav (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis deals with workshop lifting and handling devices. At the beginning these devices are divided into several groups depending on its characters and benefits. Afterwards the thesis deals with a conceptual design of a movable hydraulic crane. The attention is focused on functional calculation and strength assessment of the main parts. At the end the thesis contains a drawing documentation.
Static analysis and optimization of stress and deflection state of a lifting device
Okánik, Michal ; Vlk, Zbyněk (referee) ; Nevařil, Aleš (advisor)
The topic of this bachelor thesis is proposal and assessment of a lifting device according to current documentation and a new design of its construction and material solution. In the introductory chapter are described the features and requirements on a lifting device. In next chapter we deal with material solution of the problem. In the remaining parts of work, we focused on design of a beam model and detailed design of the plate joints using programs ANSYS and AUTOCAD, their subsequent calculation and assessment using the finite element method (FEM).
Pressure losses and heat output of the hydraulic blocks of a linear integrated hydraulic unit
Soukup, Lubomír ; Červinka, Martin (referee) ; Klas, Roman (advisor)
A common problem in the design of hydraulic systems is the pressure losses caused by movement of viscous liquid in individual elements of hydraulic circuits. These losses have negative effects on the overall efficiency of hydraulic systems and thus their overall operation. There is a change in temperature of working fluid and components (elements) of circuit due to the result of the mentioned losses. This master thesis is focused on the heat generation (output) in hydraulic cubes of a linear integrated hydraulic cubes (here in after LIHJ) which is the prototype of hydraulic lifting equipment. Losses, arising during the operation LIHJ in pipes and in hoses, can be determined numerically and experimentally. Most of hydrostatic transmitters and others hydraulic components are almost always supplied with the necessary documentation which contains all the necessary information such as experimental characteristics, etc. However problematic parts are the hydraulic blocks which are specific to their size and function. Of course, each manufacturer must prepare technical documentation including characteristics which are important for trouble-free operation of the hydraulic system. The main aim of this work is to determine pressure losses and the heat generation (output) in the hydraulics blocks by program which is used for creating geometry and computing using software like Ansys Fluent, which is based on the finite element method. If these calculations could be compared with experimental measurement technically, then heat generation (output) in both the cubes will be evaluated towards other hydraulic components and the whole system (device). The simulation results will be implemented in software which is used for calculation of heat generation in LIHJ at different operating modes and loads. Furthermore, these results will be the basis for the design of geometry of hydraulic blocks with low pressure losses which will reduce energy consumption of the device. At the end of this thesis, some advanced methods for the manufacturing of hydraulic blocks are briefly introduced, namely the method 3-D casting.
The lifting platform for europalletes
Dvořák, Pavel ; Kašpárek, Jaroslav (referee) ; Pokorný, Přemysl (advisor)
This bachelor thesis solves a design of the lifting platform for euro-pallets. The main content of the thesis is the design dimensions of the lifting table, design and calculation of the lift drive and stress calculations of some loaded parts of the structure. The thesis includes an appendix with assembly drawing of the lifting platform and assembly drawing of the table frame.
Design of screw driven lift
Kratochvíl, Michal ; Klapka, Milan (referee) ; Dvořáček, Jiří (advisor)
This bachelor‘s thesis was created in order to create a new engineering design solutions power unit and lifting device of the lifting platform. Due to the rapid wear of the rope and the increasing cosi, it is necessary to modify this design.. In the first part of this thesis is elaborated research dealing with the issue of lifting equipment. After this section, followed by a proposal and the final design solutions. For the solution variant is prepared drawing documentation.
Pillar jib crane
