Sport Clubs Funding

The bachelor thesis deals with the financing of sports clubs and sports organisations in the Czech Republic. In the theoretical part the concept of sport is explained. The concept of association is explained. The conditions for its establishment and dissolution are mentioned. Sports regulations and rules are mentioned. Furthermore, the sports organisations that take care of the running of sports clubs are mentioned. Athletics as a sport is characterized, which is then divided according to disciplines, content and focus and environment. In the practical part of the thesis, the selected sports club is first characterized from its history to its present. Next, the income groups are mentioned, which are then analysed in a vertical and horizontal analysis. The expenditure of the club is also illustrated and the performance of the club in the years under study is also compared. In the last section, the results are evaluated. Finally, the non-profit organization was recommended additional funding options that would lead to an improvement in the financial situation of the troop.

Outdoor preschools

My diploma work is concerned with the themes of outdoor preschools and pre-school education. It searches for and is stemming from the similar subjects in foreign countries and within the Czech Republic. It shows what the benefits of children being outside are. It also searches and points out liabilities which are necessery to be taken into account. The work presents the used resources, which can lead to the foundation of the other outdoor preschools and their maintanence. The empirical study is managed as an action research. The first part of the practical section shows experiences of the outdoor preschools in general and it presents interviews with their pedagogues. The second part of the practical section deals with the opinion of experts and the non-professional community. Moving on, one then investigates the ideal level of achievement in separate competences in an ordinary preschool, and outdoor preschools. Further more, the next section is targeted at the expert's expectations and apprehensions about children staying at an outdoor preschool, taking into account their views in relation to outdoor preschools. Focus groups are being used to question the experts. The important part of the work is to analyse the legal enactments in relation to outdoor preschools motherly school.

Active fatherhood as a part of family policy in EU Abstract The main objective of this thesis is to explore the conditions that determine the active involvement of men in the care of children in European Union member states and to analyze the impact of active fatherhood on the economic activity of women and fertility. A part of this study is a typology of family leaves with regard to the possibilities of fulfilling nature of active fatherhood, analysis of legislative conditions connected to paternity and parental leave as well as analysis of the Eurobarometer 59.1 survey dealing with the attitudes of men to use parental leave and the circumstances of these attitudes. The relationships between the main factors that influence the decision making of men about their participation in the care of the youngest children are analyzed and there is also tested the effect of this decision. In conclusion, the study outlines the development of conditions of childcare by men and summarizes proposals of legislative changes in conjunction of the studied issue in the Czech Republic.

Methodological elements of accounting in terms of Czech GAAP - practical applications

This bachelor thesis is focused on the methodological elements of accounting in accordance with Czech accounting regulations. The aim of the work is the assessment of the practical application of various methodological elements according to the legislative conditions of the Czech Republic. The first part describes all thirteen accounting principles and especially all their problems. The next step of the thesis is defining of basic liabilities while doing accounting. At the end of thesis is the explanation of the various relationships between accounting and auditing and also defining the entities which are subject to audit. The practical part of this thesis deals with the characteristics of the enterprise and its specialization. Methodological elements will be applied individually to the company Bosch Diesel Ltd headquartered in Jihlava and subsequently evaluated. Application of accounting principles will be implemented for the year 2014, The years 2012-2014 will be analyzed and compared, then. The result of this work is to evaluate whether the chosen entity was following all accounting principles prescribed by law. Subsequently, the results will be analyzed and various recommendations for the selected entity will be given.

The conditions for entrepreneurship in hospitality establishments in France

Bachelor thesis analyses and characterizes the current conditions for entrepreneurship in hospitality establishments in France. It aims at the entry conditions into the hospitality industry (legislative, economic, material and operational conditions) and at the regulatory conditions of operation (sanitary requirements, smoking, alcoholic beverages, opening hours and music playing). This bachelor thesis may serve as a comprehensive overview of the conditions and obligations for operation of a hospitality establishment in France for potential entrepreneurs in this industry in the French market.

Land grabbing and land prices since 1989

The bachelor's thesis is focused on mapping the decrease of agricultural and especially arable land in the Czech Republic since 1989, examining the changeover of agricultural land to built-up areas, mapping the development of charges for land grabbing, evaluation of legislative conditions for the land grabbing and evaluation of opportunities to affect the land grabbing by the administration. Two hypotheses have been formulated: 1. Construction is carried out mainly at the expense of arable land - data analysis of the conversion of arable land confirmed this hypothesis. 2. Increased charges for the land grabbing in 2011 have had an effect on soil loss - comparison charges for the land grabbing with the loss of agricultural land did not confirm this hypothesis.
