Strunová, Milena ; Pešek, Ondřej (advisor) ; Polák, Igor (referee)
The aim of my thesis is to compare how selected countries have set up laws on alcohol advertising, and according to established facts find out what situation is in the Czech republic. With that ethical respect of our advertising is connected. In order to achieve my goal, I used the method of questionnaire, observation and comparison. On this basis I concluded that alcohol advertising regulating is more liberal in our country especially compared to countries such as Sweden, Latvia, Poland, Holland, Germany and the U.S., where strict rules are valid. The questioning, however, revealed that the most Czech consumers do not refer alcohol advertising as devastating threat, although consider that it can lead to experimentation with alcohol. From the ethical point of view the rules of the Code of Ethics according to the Advertising Council are kept in the most cases, although private persons' complaints to broken alcohol advertising ethics are occured every year. However, my research showed that Czech people generally are not scandalized, see anything unethical in alcohol advertising.

Werner, Martin ; Toman, Prokop (advisor) ; Říhová, Zora (referee)
The objective of this bachelor thesis is to compare legislations of the electronic signature in the Czech Republic and in Germany. Electronic services provided by public administration to the public in both countries and basic technical principles of the electronic signature are explained at first. The actual comparison of both legislations follows. European directive 1999/93/EC and laws in both countries are analyzed. Although both legislations are based on the directive, there are some differences between them that are important for practice. The last chapter describes the procedure of obtaining the electronic signature for ordinary individuals in both countries. Safety requirements are somewhat higher in Germany as qualified electronic signatures can only be created with the use of smart cards. In the Czech Republic, it is possible to create them just with software tools and at lower costs. Some new projects in the eGovernment should boost the usage of the electronic signature by the public in Germany. In the Czech Republic, a controversial system of electronic data boxes is being started. This system forces public authorities and legal persons to use electronic communication.

Zubíčková, Aneta ; Mičúch, Marek (advisor) ; Hudík, Marek (referee)
The issue of cash registers has recently been updated in the Czech Republic. Their introduction assumes the elimination of the shadow economy through an increase in reported sales for business entites, who are forced to use it. Regression analysis has not demonstrated a direct effect of the cash registers on the level of reported revenues. Cash registers represent an additional burden on businesses and make conditions for doing a business more difficult. In the year of introduction of cash registers the number of business entities has decreased, while the number of civil servants has increased. The direct effect of cash registers on the development of tax revenue of the state budget could not be demonstrated due to lack of relevant data.
