Cílem této diplomové práce je návrh rozvoje obchodních aktivit vybrané společnosti. Práce obsahuje podrobné analýzy vnějšího a vnitřního prostředí společnosti, které jsou následně shrnuty a vyhodnoceny ve SWOT analýze. Na základě výstupů z provedené analýze jsou vypracovány návrhy pro rozvoj obchodních aktivit za použití Lean Startup metodiky. Uskutečnění popsaných návrhů povede ke zvýšení tržeb a konkurenceschopnosti společnosti na trhu.
Creating an Internet Startup in International Environment

This master thesis deals with an online startup project Tigeroy.ru, which I founded from a reason to make alternative education in real life more popular and easier to find on Russian market during 2012. The team behind the project has already spent some time with development of the application and it is now faced up to a question what to do with the startup. In the thesis, I focus on the product development from the initial idea to the current situation. I analyse all the mistakes which we have made until now and offer further steps and a plan how to continue in developing the project in future. As the result of the thesis, there is also a proposal of a business plan which is created for the purpose of informing a potential investor about the project.
Business plan: Uniseeker -- find your university

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to create a business plan for a startup called Uniseeker. The plan is to create a global platform, which helps students to find the right university abroad. The theoretical part describes processing of the business plan, with a focus on creating a business model and validating entrepreneur´s hypotheses. The practical part contains the business plan using Lean Canvas tool for creation of business model. Furthermore, the practical part deals with a market analysis, which is mainly oriented on problems and needs of potential users and customers. Results of the survey are included as well as data of student migration in the world.
Business plan mobilní aplikace QuickJOBS

This Bachelors thesis is aiming to create a business plan showing how a mobile application can be developed and put on the market. It is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part gives the reader an insight into the business and startups in particular. It includes definitions, businessman view on a business, rules, legislation, structure of a business plan and different business analysis tools. Then the practical part is the about putting the theoretical part into the practice. In our case it will be applied on QuickJOBS mobile application. Doing so should help the project to be ready for the future obstacles and find a plan to proper overcome them.
Startup development methodologies, comparison and application, evaluation of acquisition and activation of customers using web analytics tools

The thesis deals with the issue of startups and methodologies of their development. Main aim is to explain chosen approaches to development of startup, compare them and then retrospectively use them in an e-shop selling clothes, determine mistakes of past development in relation to the methodologies and evaluate their suitability for specific business of specific product (clothes) distribution in the Czech Republic. Another equally important aim is to assess the effectiveness of acquisition and activation of customers of the e-shop using web analytics tools and evaluate behavior of visitors.
Internet start-up projects and their risks

The goal of this thesis is to analyse the field of the Internet startups and to find out what trends and risks are associated with their development and launching. The first chapter of this thesis summarizes the main changes in recent years and the methodologies that are the most often used in developing of startups. The work also reflects a problem connected with financing, such as investor interest in emerging projects. Then there is explained how startup investing works and what opportunities there are for investors to finance internet projects these days. The second chapter focuses on the internet startup Postuj.cz, on mistakes made during its implementation and risks that affected its starting up. The thesis includes an explanation of basic concepts in order to provide an insight into the current situation and an inspiration for starting similar projects. The main contribution of this paper is the analysis of the risks that the founder must consider in the early stages of starting his business, how to start your own startup, what might be important in the development and what less. For those interested in starting their own startup, there are presented several ways, that can help them to increase the chances of success.
Business Accelerators. Their Significance and Contributions

The aim of this thesis is to analyse and compare the contributions of business or startup accelerators. The contributions are compared from the point of view of the managers of accelerators, startups and investors. Business accelerators help new firms accelerate their growth. The aid can be provided in a material form through financial capital and services or in an educational form through workshops and mentoring. The first chapter deals with the definition of the accelerator, its history and differences with incubators. The second chapter engages in the causes of the phenomenon of startups and accelerators, the model of lean startup, the impacts of accelerators on the economy and the current situation of accelerators in the world. The third chapters analyses the oldest and the most famous accelerator in the world Y Combinator. The last part evaluates the contributions of accelerators based on the inquiry among experts.
Using Lean Start-up Methods in Starting an Online Project

Thesis deals with startup companies and their development methodology. The main aim is to present a model of startup company development. Within the theoretical part successful and unsuccessful businesses are analyzed and selected approaches to the development of startup companies are explained. In practical part, based on the findings a model for startup company development is proposed.
