Práca sa zaoberá problematikou startup spoločností a metodikami ich rozvoja. Hlavným cieľom je predstaviť model procesu rozvoja startup spoločnosti. V rámci teoretickej časti sú analyzované neúspešné a úspešné podniky a vysvetlené vybrané prístupy k rozvoju startup spoločnosti. Na základe zistení je v praktickej časti navrhnutý model rozvoja startup spoločnosti. Thesis deals with startup companies and their development methodology. The main aim is to present a model of startup company development. Within the theoretical part successful and unsuccessful businesses are analyzed and selected approaches to the development of startup companies are explained. In practical part, based on the findings a model for startup company development is proposed.
